Great place to stay. Outside area was perfect. Communication great. Great location.

Fantastic villa with everything you need & more for a holiday. We used everything that it had, the pool, hot tub, tennis court, sauna & table tennis. The outside kitchen was great and cooked on the flat plate 5 or 6 times. Second time in Denia but this time we just didn’t explore as the villa is like a little oasis and you think why go out,! So if you want a great place to chill out and have a great family time, then this is the place.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in September. It’s pure luxury at a reasonable price. The owners have thought of everything to provide guests with an enjoyable time with lots of nice touches too. There are several eateries nearby and the town of Denia is only a short bus ride or taxi away. Highly recommend.

This villa had everything we needed. The photos are good but they do not do it justice. The kitchens were well stocked, inside and out. The bedrooms were all a good size. There were bats, balls & shuttlecocks for the court at the end of the garden. Plenty of pool floats. Loads of outside space for lounging around, dining or enjoying the hot tub. The property was secured by an electric gate to the front. Agna was amazing and sent us loads of local information. She really made sure everyone had everything they needed for a good holiday. There was a small shop just across the road for fruit, water, snacks etc. and 3 or 4 restaurants. The larger Consum supermarket was about 8 mins walk away. The beach was just around the corner. It was quite quiet there which suited us. A bus ran about every 30mins from near the villa to the main town, this took about 15mins. The beach was busier there with watersports etc. There was also a marina, evening market, shops and loads of restaurants. We all really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful villa on a large plot. We were 2 families of 4. Four adults and four kids aged 9, 11, 15 and 17 and a small dog. We had 2 weeks at the villa which is extremely well equipped. We did not want for anything. We all made good use of the pool, astroturf court at the back of the garages and table tennis. The outdoor kitchen / bar was fantastic and we used it every day, barely using the kitchen inside. Outdoor bathroom was a bonus. The bathrooms were spotless and with there being so many we were did not have to wait for showers etc, fantastic. The photos of the villa do not do it justice, it exceeded our expectations significantly. Safe and secure with electric gate and small lockable side gate. Pool cleaned weekly, beach towels on sun beds on arrival which was a good surprise. We did not use the jacuzzi but looked lovely, just too hot for us to get in. Owner was not around when we were there but kept in touch via WhatsApp sending recommendations for trips, restaurants, etc. excellent communication and responded really quickly to any questions we had regarding the area and taxis. Told us when to except the pool cleaner and gardiner and gave good info for arrival and departure. Sadly we did not meet but maybe next time. Denia is gorgeous and we used the local bus to get there and back. Only downside is the last bus back is at 10pm and taxis were not easy to find. We worked around that and tried to leave about half eleven if we didn’t get the last bus. Selfie bar and Mama Linas over the road from the villa are great. Very friendly staff and very reasonably priced. The owner of Selfie Bar so friendly. Little shop over the road and larger supermarket about a 10 min walk from villa. A few nice bars and restaurants near there too. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

This was one of the best rental experiences we have had as a family. The property is incredible and has everything you could possibly want. We spent hours in the pool, on the tennis court and cooking together in the well-stocked kitchen. The excellent air conditioning was also much appreciated during the hot summer days. Agna was extremely responsive and attentive and helped us organize taxis and came to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed. I could not recommend this property more and my family and I will definitely be returning. Thank you Agna!

Lovely Villa with great amenities. The kids loved the pool, table tennis, tennis, football areas. The outdoor space was fantastic. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchen and grill. Inside the villa was also well equipped and nicely decorated. The host was brilliant and very welcoming. She gave us information about the surrounding area and was easily contactable if we needed her. We would love to go back and would definitely recommend to others.

Ons gezelschap bestond uit 2 gezinnen met 4 tieners. De tieners verbleven boven in het appartement, de volwassenen beneden. Perfecte faciliteiten zoals jacuzzi, tennisveld, zwembad en voldoende ruimte om het huis dat volledige privacy biedt. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. We loved this house. It feels like a resort, with a great pool, hot tub and tennis court. The kids hardly felt the need to go to the beach (walking distance). Also liked the restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We had a wonderful time, perfect location and facilities and we really enjoyed the tennis court. Would highly recommend it to anyone. The property is very well equipped.

A group of 7 friends stayed here during November. It has everything you need with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and beds and many bathrooms. It was ideally located for walks on the beach and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Contact with the owner was great.

A beautiful villa with everything you could ask for and more. A pool, tennis courts, sauna, BBQ, Ping Pong table, children’s toys .... the list goes on and that’s before we mention how wonderful the villa itself is. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children. The villa was perfect and Agna was an excellent host. Would 100% stay again and recommend to all!! An absolute gem of a find!

The villa was even nicer than the pictures, agna was always on hand, check in and out was as easy as could be. She was very helpful, showed us around and how to use everything and even arranged for a massuse to come to us at the villa. I would most definately recommed this villa and im already planning my next trip back.

Perfect place for big families, first two days we didn’t want to leave anywhere, all bedrooms have big beds, good pillows, bathroom in each bedroom, all u need for outside and inside, definitely one of the best places we ever stayed. I hope to b back soon. WiFi is gonna b crappy, but that turn out very well, instead of sitting on our phones we were able to socialize more :) after all it was too short for us, place is fabulous! My partner and I stayed here for two months in January and February and had a wonderful time. We mainly used the downstairs apartment which is really nicely furnished with beautiful en-suite bedrooms, and a fabulous kitchen. The underfloor heating was particularly welcoming and cosy, given the time of year. We never felt cold! The house has lovely double glazed windows looking out on to the fantastic pool area, which has a great outdoor kitchen/bar, a large swimming pool, and a hot-tub which we made good use of, as even on cool days it was lovely. The kitchen/living/dining area was beautifully decorated and met all our needs. We had a 70th birthday celebration in February and used the upstairs 3 bedroom apartment to house our guests from the UK who were equally impressed with the house. Our hostess, Agna, is a lovely friendly person and all our requests (e.g. making up the beds for our 8 guests from the UK, cleaning the hot-tub whenever we wanted, tidying the outdoor area clean after windy weather had blown leaves everywhere) were all met with a very quick and positive response. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she genuinely wanted our stay to be perfect. Also, in all our years of renting properties this was the first time ever that we were not even expected to clean the property from top to bottom before departure. It made packing and leaving so much easier, though of course we left it tidy! Thank you so much for that Agna!! We found enough places open to eat out in the winter months in Denia and a good taxi-service into the town centre when we wanted to enjoy a meal in the evening. The marina area has a few REALLY nice places to eat (Basta and Republic) in the day-time and evening, plus some good cocktail bars. Also, the villa has a neat little short-cut path leading to a beautiful deserted beach only a 5 mintue walk away (about 300m). Perfect! (I'm sure in Summer it is much busier!)

We had a wonderful stay. Traveling as a party of 8 Adults and 4 Children, the villa was exactly what we required. It was better in real life than in the pictures, the outside space is perfect for kids, there is so much space and its very safe being totally enclosed. There were 12 of us and we had so much space indoors and out. A pool, hot tub, sauna, table tennis and many a late night game of football on the floodlit pitch. Its only a few minutes walk to the beach where there is a great beach bar to watch the sun go down whilst drinking cocktails. The local restaurants are superb, most being on the beach line all within walking distance even with push chairs. The owners are very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, we were made to fell welcome from the second we got there. We cannot recommend this villa or the owners enough and we will definitely be returning.

We thought the property was stunning - inside and out. Beautifully furnished / decorated and very clean. We particularly liked the outdoor seating and bar area and spent a lot of time there. The pool and hot tub were also great, as was the proximity to the beach Agna was really friendly and helpful. She gave us lots of recommendations for things to do nearby and sorted out any problems very quickly. Overall we had a wonderful holiday - thank you!

This is the second occasion that we have stayed at a property owned By Agna (Two different properties) On both occasions the properties have been exceptional... They are bright, modern & very comfortable. Nothing is to much trouble & we are always made to feel welcome. The facilities are great... This property would be ideal for two families wanting to be together but with the added benefit of having two separate parts to the property i.e. downstairs has the big living room with open plan kitchen / dining area + 2 Double bedded rooms with en-suites. their is an additional cloakroom adding extra flexibility... Upstairs has separate access a large open plan living area (kitchen, seating) & three bedrooms (two doubles one has en-suite & a twin bedroom) their is a separate shower room & a further separate cloakroom. the other outside facilities are so very useful and provide area's for activities and relaxation.... Once again this is a fantastic villa .... Thank you Richard , Tracey & all of our tribe!!!

Lovely villia. Was a little sceptical when we had to go down the little dirt track but what we found at the end was a welcomed surprise. The villia had everything we needed and more. We were a family of three couples and a 9 mouth old little boy. The upstairs was a completely separate flat which worked well for us as meant we could stay out later if wanted without disturbing anyone. The abundance of toilets was handy too. The pool was lovely and there was lots of shaded areas for anyone that needed it. There wasn't much around about that was open apart from a little supermarket but we loved cooking in the outside BBQ and stocking the outside fridge/bar with drinks. Agna was very flexible and accommodating and we thank her for a truely great holiday with our new addition to the family.

We arrived a bit late (23:00PM) but the keys were left in the mailbox for our convenience. Our family with three kids (12,14 and 17) were immediately smitten by the spacious setup. Everything is as it says in the description. The kids took up the upstairs living space. Each having there own bedroom. We had beautiful weather the first four days and hardly left the house. After that we did some sightseeing. We did not have the luck of having beach weather. Gushing winds and a bit too cold for our liking in this last week of April. Agna was very cooperative and easy to talk to.

We are an extended family of 10 who enjoyed a 2-week holiday at this fantastic villa, the villa facilities met all out needs, kids loved the tennis court and table tennis and we all enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub! Inside the villa has all you need for a comfortable stay and the owners were very helpful. The villa is well located within walking distance of many bars and restaurants and a short stroll to the beach. Denia itself is a short 5/10 minuet drive away.

Four adults, two young men, one teenage girl and one kid spent relaxing ten days in this fantastic villa. The pool and jacuzzi are superb. No problems at all with the villa during our vacation. The owner is really nice and helpful. We had a big rental car and it was a convenient way for a big group to move from one place to another in Denia's area. Actually in the evening it was a bit hard to get a taxi (or two) in a decent time to the area where the villa is located. We tried that couple times in one weekend. Hopefully it was just about that weekend. We also spent a lot of time on the beautiful beach which is just few hundred meters away from the villa. There are good snorkling spots around a breakwater. The castle and the mountain El Montgo are worth visiting.

Holidays was great, the house is wonderful quietly rested 10 people there, nobody came our way, a good solution for two separate families, some at the bottom, the other at the top. Nice pool, tennis court ok, but the biggest surprise was the hot tub. Włsicicele too much contact, only the weather did not want to interact with us
