Very nice condo-Darin was easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay !

This 1st floor condo was Perfect for our vacation getaway! It was easy access to the beach and parking with great ocean views from each room! We liked it so much we have booked it again for next year!

This unit was exactly what it looked like on the VRBO site, their were a few minor things, but the good things far outweighed the minor things. the unit was for the most part clean, there was a little sand on the floors and the counter, but you are at the beach and its hard to get that off everything, the lounge chairs on the patio had no cushions, so we had to use the long pillows from the bedroom as cushions, again not a big deal, but if not used you could not lay in them very comfortable. So with that being said it was a very nice week of vacation, the pool was very nice, a little crowded but to be expected this time of year, great little bar at the pool for food and drinks and they had music on Friday-Saturday-Sunday while we were there, not sure if that is all the time. We loved the being on the first floor, never had to use the elevator, but when we did use the elevator we never had to wait or had any problems. We would rent this unit again and most likely will do so again next year.

My family of 4 had a great time spending Easter/Spring Break overlooking the white sands of the Emerald Coast! The overall property was very well maintained and consisted of 4 towers right an the beach with multiple pools, a poolside bar/snack shack, direct access to the beach, and ample parking. Well located near shopping and multiple restaurants. Super Walmart about 1/4 mile away to help you stock up on food and anything else you could need for a beach trip. If you’re flying in, it is about 20 minutes from the airport. The unit itself was very well appointed. The kitchen has just about every gadget you could need, ample glassware/wine glasses, plenty of pots, pans, and skillets as well as serving bowls. You can actually cook real meals and not just pasta. A nice Keurig brewer that can do single k-cups or a full pot of coffee using traditional filter and ground coffee. The stackable washer/dryer in the closet off of the kitchen washed and dried quickly. The bedroom was set up well for families that have teenage kids that refuse to share a bed and the mattresses were comfortable. The rooms are very similar so if 2 couples are going together, one couple won’t feel like they got the short end of the stick; the master bedroom has a king bed, private soaker tub and water closet, dual sinks, and direct access to the exterior balcony. The 2nd bedroom is the same size and has 2 queen beds, a soaker tub, dual sinks, and direct access to the exterior balcony as well. The exterior balcony is very large with a table for 6 and 2 reclining sun chairs. The Owner was very gracious and made sure we had all of the information we needed for check-in, beach access and reserved beach chairs for us. They communicated very well and quickly to any questions we had….the made it easy to get the vacation started. I highly recommend this unit.

Very comfortable and clean.

Loved this unit! Our first time at Long Beach Resort and we enjoyed the property and felt safe. Property is gated with 24/7 gate staff. The unit has great views! No need for high rise. The property manager Darin is great at responding and did his best to work quickly at a couple issues that were resolved! We would definitely stay here again.

This property was excellent. Tastefully decorated, well stocked kitchen and essentials, cozy, felt like home! Would 100% stay here again!

Condo was very clean. Darin was great to work with. But let’s talk about the view! My goodness..so beautiful. My new favorite vacation home.

From booking this property to checkout, communication with the owner was exceptional. The condo was in a perfect location, literally a minute or less to the beach. The condo was clean, roomy, and quiet. The kitchen had everything that you would need to cook. The views of the beach from the patio were stunning, with a lovely table/chair set on the patio along with lounge chairs. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat!

Condo was great for our family of 5. Second floor means no need for the elevator, super quick to run back to the room for something! Loved the full windows overlooking the ocean.

This is one of my favorite VRBO rentals! Being on the 1st floor was so easy! No waiting for elevators. No lugging our stuff all over the place. And, the view was spectacular! We spent so much time just sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves, and we ate every meal out there as well. Kitchen was well stocked; laundry right in the condo. The kids loved switching from the beach to the pool and back to the beach again; it's all super close! And, Darin was great! A very organized, responsive, and gracious host. Overall, what an amazing, relaxing vacation spot!!

This condo is one of the best we’ve stayed in at PCB. We typically stay on a higher floor but really enjoyed the location of this being on the first floor (second really). We took our almost 2 year old grandson and the one flight of stairs to the beach was much easier than waiting on an elevator. Really appreciate all the information and the ease of communication with Darin. He was super to work with. Highly recommend this condo! Condo was clean and ready for us early. Also, we really enjoyed the beach service chairs that come with the rental.

The views are amazing. Floor plan is the best in PCB. Every room has an amazing view. The beds were very comfortable. Close parking and only one flight of stairs or short elevator ride to get to the condo made for easy unloading and loading of the car and bringing in groceries. My favorite part was cooking dinner and eating on the huge deck while the sun went down. If you don’t want to cook Pineapple Willy’s is a very short beach walk away. The owner could not have made it anyb easier for us and was great to work with. We definitely be staying here in the future.

This place is spacious and beautifully located on the beach. I felt very safe and comfortable. Security made a visible presence. Even during spring break, the beach wasn't too crowded. The condo comes with chairs which made all the difference in the world. The only thing I could find that needed a little attention, was the stove wasn't level. My brownies were lopsided. If that is the only negative thing, then you know this place rocks. I loved being on the second floor. The parking was at the condo. Other places have parking across the street which means you have to lug all your belongings and food a much further distance. The beach was cleaned every evening and morning. There was no trash around. Seth and Devon took great care of us at the chair booth. Beach access was easy and close. Owner had prompt response. Ten minutes was the longest I had to wait for a reply. Thank you for helping make our vacation memorable!

What is more perfect than large balcony perfect views and toes being in the sand in less than a minute. Condo is great being on the first floor with easy access to stairs. Definitely will be staying here again!!! Recommend to anyone who loves the beach!!!! Smile...thank you for sharing your property with us.
