It was convenient and nice

Lovely home, very clean and conveniently located. Only issue was extremely hot water, which came out of both the hot and cold faucets. It could pose a hazard if someone was not paying attention. Cleaning crew needs to make sure they leave adequate amount of paper towels.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, well stocked and decorated lovely!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here in this beautiful and comfortable Santa Fe house, walking distance to the plaza, fabulous real art, large hit tub, with gorgeous views and all the amenities! Shall return!

I had a family of four and it’s a nice place. We were able to walk to the majority of places we wanted to go, the amenities were nice and the house was clean. We did not use the hot tub or need to contact the property owners at all. The only thing we didn’t realize from the listing is that the daybed was right off the living room. Not a deal breaker since our kids are older and stay up late, but I wouldn’t have liked it if I had young kids.

The house was in a great location! Very clean, everything worked, hot tub was great, kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking, and the beds were comfortable. Our group of friends had a super time here.

The information provided was very detailed and accurate. We did not have to contact the property manager for anything.

This home was so cozy and very Santa Fe! We enjoyed watching movies by the fire with a view of the snow outside the window. The kitchen was fantastic and well equipped! The tub in the master was perfect for soaking after a day of skiing. We also enjoyed the hot tub! The garage was a plus to keep your car clear of ice or snow. We just loved it and were sad to leave! We will definitely be back!

The location of this home is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, convenient to all including the Plaza, Canyon Road, Kaune’s market, and the Capitol. It has a lovely front yard with beautiful view and spacious rooms. We felt very at home here. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the house and our stay in Santa Fe. The locations is great and convenient to everything. It was great to have a garage to park the two cars, although a bit tricky due to the neighbor leaving his car in the shared driveway area. The coffee bar was nice to have fresh coffee in the morning and a small box of pastries a nice touch. The beds were comfy with quality linens, plenty of duvets, comforters etc., including the day bed. Plenty of very hot water, almost scalding hot though. One negative is the door to the king bedroom is somewhat shorter than a standard door. This resulted in one of our guests banging the top of his head a couple times. A warning sign or possibly some cushion would help. Overall, we would recommend staying here. If you have pets, the fenced in yard is great.

Beautiful home with tons of great art and amenities. Easy check in. I love that there are not a dozen signs all over the house (just a couple) that you find in a lot of VRBO homes. Property manager was not responsive to simple question about extended check out time (asked on day one-no response at time of check out). Not really an easy walk to the plaza but still a lovely location. Despite those small objections I recommend this place!

Loved everything about Casa Buena Vista. The house is even better than the pictures. So comfortable, beautiful and luxurious. The location is perfect, we walked into town multiple times. A wonderful long weekend getaway with old friends was made even better with this beautiful home.

What a terrific house. We traveled from South Carolina through 12 states and 13 other rental homes and this was the very best. Very comfortable. Very convenient to everything. Great atmosphere. We enjoyed it tremendously and recommend it highly.

My friends and I stayed here for the Santa Fe Indian Market and the location was perfect. The property was well taken care of and spacious. We appreciated the little details throughout the home. We would definitely recommend staying here again.

The three of us really enjoyed our 9-day stay in July at Casa Buena Vista. The property was well located, (walking distance to the Plaza, the Railyard, and Canyon Road) clean, very comfortably furnished/decorated and well stocked, except no shampoo or body soap (bring your own!). We especially enjoyed spending much of our time outside on the large front patio overlooking the garden for our morning coffee, happy hours, and evening dinners. The only negatives are some awkward steps that would be an issue for the mobility impaired, and the 2nd bedroom got a bit warm as it had no a/c like the rest of the house. Overall, it is a genuinely nice and welcoming property and would come back.

The communication from the property manager was not great. The place was in a great location and all was good except note there is no a/c in the second bedroom. Also, the grill was not cleaned - in fact it looked neglected. If you have small dogs the gates were in bad shape and a small dog could easily escape. The communication I am referencing is I had asked if we could check in a couple hours early. We were granted permission which was nice. We ended up running late and only arrived 15 minutes early and the cleaning crew was still on site. Good thing we didn't arrive at our original time requested. Also, I accidentally lost an earring at the place. I asked Brenda twice if she could check to see if it was found. Both times she said she would and then I never heard from her. I just gave up. Lastly, we leave a place like we find it. I am still waiting to get my security deposit back. I have stayed at many VRBO's and they are usually a lot quicker at refunding the deposit. All in all the place was nice, great location, but they need to clean the grill, and the outside furniture, communicate better and be more expediate when refunding the security deposit.

This is a lovely property that was exactly what we were looking for. What a beautiful front porch and front garden from which to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Absolutely loved the Santa Fe architecture and decor of the home along with it being perfectly clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. It was so roomy and within walking distance from the plaza and shops! A+

Casa Buena Vista is a lovely, spacious and well kept home in the very walkable South Capital neighborhood of Santa Fe. Our group was 4 adults although we have a number of friends in the area who stopped by to visit, and the large covered front porch was perfect for socializing. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Lovely home, very well equipped, great location. Older people with balance issues need to be careful. Between rooms there are a few places where you need to step up or down a few inches . Recommend a careful walk through when you get there so you can identify these places to avoid tripping during your stay. Very nice art on the walls.

My friend, a puppy & I were truly able to relax in your beautiful home. Views of the Santa de Cristo Mts were stunning, veranda and hot tub were excellent places to relax. Everything was within easy driving distance. Santa Fe is a stunning city with friendly people, amazing history and good food. Thank you for sharing your home! Joyce
