Since we stay in this lovely home at least three times a year, it's hard to add anything new. It's absolutely perfect for our needs. Modern, comfortable, spacious, great for visits by the grandkids, gorgeous setting. The owners are sweethearts and extremely attentive. What else to say? Well, we'll say it again next time too!

This house was half way between my place and my friend's place. Perfect spot to meet and catch up for a few days.

We enjoyed a five day stay relaxing with our family of 5 adults, 1 child and an infant in this beautiful country home. Our daughter uses a wheelchair and we found that the home was very accessible for her. There is a ramp in the garage to enter the home and the bathrooms all have stepless shower entry. The house was very clean and provided us with everything we needed. The family room is quite large and allowed us to comfortably gather to play board games or watch movies. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishware etc. if you plan to eat in, but we also found some very good restaurants nearby. The hosts met us when we arrived and were very welcoming. We didn’t require anything during our stay but it was nice to know they were readily available if needed. We would love to return in the future for another family get together!

We have been coming here for years when visiting our grandkids. The house is unfailingly clean and well maintained, spacious, and comfortable. The hosts are instantly responsive, congenial, and kind.

The property was comfortable and accessible. We were traveling with a 4 year old and two octogenarians. Everyone was easily able to access all parts of the home. The photos were representative of the current condition of the home. So, everything was exactly as we expected when we arrived. Our host was gracious and accommodating. The location was clean, attractive and everything we were expecting. The accommodations suited our group of 6 adults and 1 child. Plenty of seating, plenty of space for dining. Our host runs/owns a large scale dairy farm nearby. She offered us a tour, which is something our little one will always remember. All around great place to stay.

Excellent experience at this house. 2 of my curling teammates and myself, for 3 nights. Very clean, beautiful location, and plenty of space. And just 6-7 minutes to the curling club. Jennifer is very pleasant, and always responded promptly to all of my questions. I was especially grateful when she brought me a replacement house key, about 2 minutes after I notified her that I had carelessly misplaced the first key. 5 star house, and hostess. Absolutely.

The property is excellent for 3 adult couples. Bedrooms, Living Area, Bathrooms and Kitchen all roomy, clean and comfortable.

This house is located on a large lot, is spacious and meticulously clean and comfortable. It's great for families with kids. The owners are wonderful people who are responsive and attentive. We comer here 3-4 times a year to visit our grandkids.

This was the perfect weekend stay for a couple, a 3-year-old, and a 4-year-old. They enjoyed the spacious property and proximity to all of the amenities of the lower Berkshires. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property! Every we needed, clean and in working order. Provided all those other niceties like dishwasher and laundry soap - enough for the whole stay!!!

From the welcoming personal touches to the quality linens and bedding, Jenn and Cricket were the perfect hosts. The home is well kept and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the 3 full bathrooms were convenient for our family stay. We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the river behind the property. The kids loved the games, ping pong and foosball tables. It was so nice being able to spread out yet still be together. We definitely recommend staying at this lovely home, and will stay here again when needed.

We had 10 people stay at Jenn's beautiful and comfortable home. It was the perfect place for the kids to run around and the adults to relax. The home had everything we needed!

We are so pleased to have found this wonderful house, and its wonderful owners. We are now "regulars"!

Our family needed a place in proximity to our son’s school for graduation activities. This was the perfect location only @ 8 minutes away from Salisbury School. There was excellent communication from the owner before, during, and after our stay. We were very impressed. The home was perfect for gathering together and separately as needed. The home literally has everything one needs for their stay including bur not limited to soap, board games, all utensils necessary for cooking, and a coffee bar. The shower pressure and temps were good, which is important to me. The home was clean and neat when we arrived. The only suggestion we have would be to label where things are as the is so much. Also, the bed in the bedroom to the right makes a “creeky” sound when I wad getting in and out of it so for a light sleeper like my husband fixing that would be helpful. Overall, each family member, including our graduate, said it was the perfect place to gathered. We have one more son to go and will hopefully be back next year.

We were happy with our stay at this house! Jenn was incredibly responsive and helpful as we coordinated checking in especially. The house is large with ample outdoor space and fun activities and games for kids!

The house was perfectly set up to accommodate our grandchildren. One level house with a great deck and backyard. Convenient to the grocery store and a great pizza place. Great hiking trails nearby.

We have stayed here many times and it's our home away from home. The owners are warm and responsive. Best house rental in the area.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and so well equipped! Everything was clean and pristine! Comfortable beds great shower! We loved spending time on the deck and by the river. Jenn is a great host!

We had a family member get married over the weekend in the area and rented this beautiful long ranch. The house is immaculate as well as the property it sits on. My husband, myself and my parents really enjoyed having our morning coffee's on the massive deck overlooking the property/river. It was such a great relaxing but fun weekend, my 5 year old 'cant wait to go back to that ranch!' :) Highly recommend this property and will be back!

The house was perfect for our family during a long weekend visit. Jenn ensures everything you could ever need is available within the home and even left us a sweet welcome basket for our arrival. Large porch with ample seating and huge yard for games. Jenn provided us many local dining recommendations as well which was appreciated after a long day of travel.

We stayed here to be close to limerock racetrack. It's a 20 min drive to the track but no traffic and easy directions. We were greeted by Jenn upon arrival she was friendly and very accommodating. She was a wealth of local information. The house was very clean and comfy atmosphere. When we returned after the racetrack it was like returning home after a long day. We will definitly stay here again for our future race track events.

This is the best rental house we have stayed in! It’s beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The area is peaceful and relaxing and it also has plenty of delicious restaurants. The host is wonderful, very thoughtful, considerate, and responsive. I highly recommend renting this house!

We visit the area often and have rented many homes over the years. This one is one of the very best. The owners are lovely and very responsive. The property is large and ideal for kids. Everything is clean, comfortable and contemporary. Highly recommend...except for the times we want to rent it!

Came with 2 girlfriends to get away and celebrate my birthday. The property was so nice, clean! Jenn was so nice and friendly. The sound of the river was so calming and you’re so close to stop and shop. Close to winery and breweries of you want to get out! Will return! 🙂
