We had the most amazing family vacation and this house was the reason. Kristen, Gloria, Victor and the rest of the crew were there for all our needs and made check in/check out effortless and stress free. We planned multiple activities- fishing, atvs, golf and a sunset cruise with private transportation to and from each activity that Kristen made so easy. The house was even better than advertised and was spotless with amazing views. If you are planning on going to Cabo, you must stay here. We will be back and will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you so much for all you did to make this our best family vacation ever.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary and Thanksgiving at the property with friends and family, 11 people. Everything was perfect! Gloria and her staff cooked traditional TG dinner and one more dinner for us. Lovely people and great food...

We booked this house for a guys weekend and birthday celebration. This house is nothing short of AMAZING. It's so close to the beach, ample room for all 9 of us, great pool and jacuzzi. Tubs in all the master bedrooms. Both Kristen and Victor were very responsive to our needs for the stay. Helped us in arranging; private chefs, airport rides, and any questions we had about the house.

Location is epic, but we had issues with the plumbing and the dushwasher from the start. Had to have workers come during our stay. To top it off i was charged extra for things that were broken when we arrived and for dirty dishes. We read check out instructions and there was no request for us to clean the dishes before we leave. Nice place but beware. PM is horrible at communication.

We rented this place with 6 adults and 6 children. It was everything we needed/wanted and more! Plenty of space, clean rooms, perfect beachfront location. 5 stars all the way!

Wonderful home on the beach with plenty of room for everyone. We traveled with family, ranging in ages of 6 - 64. The kids bunk room was perfect as were the all suite bedrooms. Everyone felt like they got the best one! On top of that the beds were very comfortable and the bedding and decor top notch. We partook of the in home chef for one meal ( Gloria) as well as the sailing and snorkling trip (Synergy) options listed with this property and loved both. Take my word for it, this home is fabulous and everything it promises to be. We all came home with wonderful memories that we will cherish in the days to come.

This is by far the best house on the Costa Azul beach! Completely remodeled, beautiful bedding, comfortable living spaces, updated bathrooms, technology. Pool and spa are right on the sand and the outdoor kitchen is perfect! Will definitely be back!

This home was amazing to stay at with a large group of friends! There's plenty of rooms with King beds and it's right on the beach so you wake up to amazing views and surfers every day. The pool and hot tub were also great and the location on the beach isn't crowded at all (went in Oct) so it seemed like we had our own private beach. You can easily get to many of the great restaurants within 20 minutes. We would definitely stay again and look forward to it! Victor from property management was very helpful.

Hurricane
A hurricane hit this area a couple of weeks ago and the property was damaged slightly. The manager informed us about a week before our arrival and we accepted the property with a few minor discrepancies. But these issues didn’t disturb us and all 9 of us agreed that it was the trip of a lifetime. Thanks

High end stay
Great house, first class all the way, location was perfect. We watched surfers in the morning and afternoons from the pool, walked the beaches to the restaurants and bars, it was perfect. Speakers connected music from the kitchen/bedrooms out to the pool deck. Easy to walk to the ceviche under the bridge (highly recommend) and could walk to surf lessons or just sit in the pool, anything you wanted. Pablo and the team were great, house was stocked with beer and groceries, they helped us line up shuttles and chef, anything we needed. Thanks for letting us stay!

We had a group of 9 total staying here, the house was PERFECT! We loved being right on the beach and close to amenities such as the grocery store. Kristen and Pablo were so helpful during our stay. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at!

We had a great week on the beach in Cabo! House was clean and spacious for our party of 10 and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy a week on the beach. Pablo was very helpful the few times we needed his help. Would definitely recommend this home!

This property has it all!!
The house is spacious and beautiful! The location is right on one of the best surf breaks in Cabo. The pool area is perfect for hanging out and taking in the ocean view. The property owners even helped us out when our flight was canceled and we needed to rebook and arrive a day early... that says a lot about the integrity of the owners! The property management staff was so easy to work and helpful with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property!!

Fabulous family retreat
This is the perfect property for a family or group. There are so many seating areas, all with a view of the gorgeous beach just steps from the house. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for a family that likes to cook. We never wanted to leave! Victor, who was our contact during our stay, could not have been more helpful, responding to every request or question promptly and courteously. If you're looking for an idyllic beach house, this is the place!

Amazing House
We rented this house for a family Thanksgiving trip. Needless to say the photos don't lie. If anything the home is even nicer. We used Benito to cook for us including Thanksgiving, his meals were amazing. The home has everything you need to enjoy the beach, games for quiet evening and the pool, hot tub and fire pit are amazing. We loved it!

The house was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We hired the catering company the property mgmt co suggested and they took great care of us throughout our entire stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Friends. The property was perfect, and the views are amazing. You have to get up early to see the sunrise at least once!
Everything was easy to find and the service was great any time we had a question. JOBEAL catering was awesome. Food was great and the service was fantastic.
Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion would be to have a few beach chairs and maybe an umbrella to take to the beach.

What an AMAZING CHRISTMAS
The Home Ian absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we had a wonderful experience . The pool was cold upon arrival but boy it was wonderful and warm remainder of stay. Jobeal Catering and his staff were AMAZING. They prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner: they even used my juicer to juice for us daily . Everyone including Kristen were very professional and accommodating . The beach was fun as well. The kids surfed and enjoyed the big waves and getting thrown back into the beach. Beware of undertows: watch your kiddos and elderly.

Spectacular Home!
Absolutely amazing home! Elegant furnishings, comfortable, beautiful, just not enough words to express how amazing this home is! The kids had a ball in the pool and beach! I enjoyed the Jacuzzi and listening to the waves! We hired Gloria the chef from CPM and she fed us all day! Great appetizers, main course and dessert! This is the perfect family get away. 5 bedrooms with new comfortable beds, ocean views, everything you can dream of! This is now our place to stay in Cabo!!!!
