The house was a great size! It was fully stocked with the necessary supplies. Generally the house was clean but there were several dishes we took out of the kitchen drawers and cabinets that were extremely dirty. Since the guests are required to wash and put away all dishes before check out, I guess they are not doing a good job. The water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms was poor. BBQ pit did not work well. It seemed to only work on one setting which was high. The oven takes a very long time to come to temperature. The neighborhood is very nice but unfortunately not many store options around so grab your groceries in town before you enter the park. Overall we had a great stay and would reserve again if the shower pressure is somehow improved. The host was very responsive.

We gathered our family of 8 for Christmas at this wonderful house on the edge of Zion National Park. Beautiful spacious house with a great view and buffered from other homes in the community. Deer and chipmunks made their way through the yard. We found nice short hikes out from the house and long day hikes in Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. Would highly reccomend this house. Scott, the host, was easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was comfortable.

This was our second time staying at this home. It was everything we expected from the listing. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Zion national park area.

We really enjoyed our stay during a visit to Zion and Bryce. The home was very comfortable and well appointed. We were grateful that we could bring our dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms and bathrooms were as described. The only issue we encountered was the lack of window coverings downstairs- between 7:30am and 10:30am the family room was so bright and the sun was so intense it was difficult to make breakfast. We didn’t find a second refrigerator in the garage, but we made do without it. Ryan was a very friendly and communicative host. We would recommend this home to a large family or group.

The house itself is beautiful! The views were amazing! The location was perfect for our group. On this trip we did Zion, Bryce, and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes so it was a good location for us with just the right amount of seclusion. This house did literally have EVERYTHING! Lots of kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. The rooms were all nice too. One of the upstairs bedroom has a few beds, tv, and couch which was perfect for our group. The living room has huge windows with a nice view. The driveway has lots of parking space too. We'd definitely stay here again!

We rented this property for our class reunion from Sept 18-23. This is a fantastic property in an excellent location with great views. It has all the amenities and well equipped. Ryan was very helpful in answering questions and helping with last minute requests. We would highly reccomend this property, and will stay here in the future. Thanks for everything Ryan!

Great place for family’s to explore Zion and surrounding area!!

We were a small group of three couples looking for a place near Zion and Bryce that had three separate bedrooms with bathrooms. This HOME was PERFECT. Three en suite bedrooms were spot on for our three couples, but the bedroom setup would also be great for a much larger group with lots of kids. The kitchen is one of the best stocked cooking spaces we've ever had in a VRBO! The living room and TV areas are spacious. The location near the East entrance to Zion was actually a big plus because it required a two way 12 mile drive on the Zion-Mt Carmel highway, one of the most spectacular drives imaginable.... a true joy every time, complete with numerous wonderful hiking alternatives to the more crowded routes within the main Zion Valley. Bryce is an easy 75 minute drive! When we return for more Zion time someday soon!!!

Impressive home. Our grandchildren loved it and didn’t want to leave. Need a few more wine glasses. Definitely 5 star.

We recently stayed at this property with 4 families, 14 of us total. We spent the week hiking Zion and Bryce Canyon and this property was a perfect location for us. It got all of us comfortably and the host, Ryan was really responsive for any questions we had. We felt like we had plenty of space and enjoyed cooking and hanging out together after our long day of hiking. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. The cabin was pretty awesome with lots of windows and gathering areas. The views were spectacular from all the balconies around the house.

Our family visited here and appreciated the beautiful cabin, supplied with everything we needed for preparing meals together. The location and view are extraordinary and the proximity to the East Zion entrance was perfect for our needs. We had a wonderful time and made memories our family will treasure for years to come.

Good overall. Enjoyed Zions Park close by. Good place to reconnect with loved ones.

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful! Cabin was super clean and well equipped - great for large family gatherings! Can't beat the view of the sourrounding area - lots of deer came to visit! Check in and check out was easy and Ryan was very responsive to questions. Definitely recommend this place!

We had no issues while there. There was plenty of room and enjoyed the views. The Internet worked surprisingly well, which was very important. Everything worked great and loved the fact that there was cable TV for the kids. We encountered no issues while we were there. Everything is as we expected it to be.

We enjoyed our stay! Ryan was a great and attentive host. Cabin was in a quiet and peaceful location, perfect for our time there. It is close to Zion National Park and not too far from the cute town of Kanab. If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful location this cabin is for you!!

A really lovely property with so many extra amenities included. Hammocks were up (always a fav), comfy decks where we watched a spectacular lightning storm on the horizon, and plenty of room to enjoy family time together while everyone had a room for private time. The bunk room was even bigger than it looks in the pictures— a great hang out space all it’s own! Just a spectacular property. On top of that I was so so grateful to the owners for working with us on a special request. Many other owners turned us down (as we inquired ahead of time), but here we felt embraced and welcomed and it was truly appreciated. I didn’t have a single complaint—good feelings and experience all around. Thank you for sharing it with us and helping us build some wonderful family memories!!

Great stay. The house is beautiful. Everything you need is there. The location is perfect. Much less crowded than the west side of Zion and easier access to other national parks. We really appreciated that simple check out check list. Just the basics made departure day less stressful. Resort access was nice for a little down time.

We so enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We had a very large group and Ryan was very accommodating and always responded promptly with answers to all my questions. The cabin was very well stocked with dishes, spices, linens, etc. Check in and checkout was easy and smooth. While staying at this cabin we drove an hour and a half to explore Bryce Canyon. We also visited Zion National park a couple times. It took us about 45 minutes to get to the visitor center. Both parks were beautiful! The area around the cabin is beautiful and quiet as well. Loved sitting on the deck and taking it all in. We would highly recommend staying here!

14 of us stayed in this home and it was wonderful! Everything was just as stated in the listing. It was a wonderful location with plenty to do. The home was well appointed and 14 of us were totally comfortable and had a fabulous time. Would definitely return. Thank you!!
