We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was clean and spacious, the pool was beautiful, and communication with the owner couldn’t have been better. The weather didn’t cooperate for the majority of our trip, so it was nice to have room to spread out indoors and on the patio. Definitely suggest renting a car; we were glad we did. It made it much easier to get to restaurants and the casino at Baha mar (a favorite rainy day activity). We were pleasantly surprised that soap, dishwashing and laundry detergents, trash bags, paper towels were provided. Such a nice touch that made our stay easier!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It’s in a great location and it is exactly as described. Tatjana went above and beyond answering all my questions (I had A LOT). She was so helpful and accommodating. We took so many of her recommendations and loved every single one. We can’t wait to go back to the Bahamas and stay here again!

This condo exceeded expectations. The location, pool, and amenities were perfect. We walked to Bahamar a few times, but also rented a car for some quick trips. Could not have had a better host. We also used her excursion company (floatyourboatbahamas), absolutely amazing experience. Will definitely be back!

This was a great property and within walking distance to many restaurants. The pool area was fantastic. The beach was mostly rock with a few sandy places, but with the pool overlooking the ocean it was ok. Overall, a great place that was quiet and relaxing.

The modern condo was great for our family of four with a nice infinity pool, beach access and great amenities (gym), with all the comforts of home and a convenient walk to many great restaurants and amenities. We would highly recommend it!

Lovely condo, pool, and the view of the ocean is spectacular from the pool area. This condo was perfect for us. We have no complaints at all and would stay here again. I do think next time a car would be helpful, that’s on us though as Tatiana suggested us taking advantage of a car to explore more. You will love this place!

My family stayed here over Thanksgiving week and had a great time. Tatjana was a great host and even helped us set up a boat trip to rose island to snorkel and see the pigs and sea turtles. That was the highlight of the trip for the kids. My teenager even said that the condo was the nicest place we have ever stayed! I think he was especially impressed with the gym!

This was beautiful property we stayed in. This condo had everything you need it. Property manager was just text away from any question we had. Beautiful pool and private beach was absolutely amazing. I recommend renting a car and definitely do an excursion on Exuma that you can set up directly true property manager. Overall great experience highly recommend it.

I would highly recommend this condo by Tatjana. The place is new and clean. Her communication is fast and helpful. The high ceilings and large balcony were great and I felt safe throughout our stay. I would suggest renting a car through Tatjana’s connection - we had a great experience. Go eat at some local restaurants and drive to Super Valu for groceries (better than City Marlet). Hopefully all the covid protocols will be done soon - that was the major annoyance of the trip. No complaints on the condo!

We had a great time at this condo. It was actually way more spacious than the pictures made it seem and held five of us very comfortably. The condo was very well-stocked as well. The lobby, pool and beach were beautiful. Everything was very clean and very safe. The condo is in a great area. It’s close enough to everything without being in the midst of all the touristy stuff and cruise ships. It’s within a very short distance to restaurants, grocery stores, COVID testing sites, restaurants and beaches. Tatjana was amazingly helpful and very responsive. She answered all our questions and booked all our tours. She even found some alternate activities for us when we asked for them. I absolutely recommend booking this condo for your next Nassau getaway.

My stay was a ‘Girls Birthday Chill’ type weekend

Couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our first time to the Bahamas! Tatjana was one of the best hosts I’ve ever stayed with. Responded by text as quick as you could imagine. Helped us book a private tour to the Exumas and got us a great deal on a rental car for the trip! Being 15 minutes from downtown and only 10 minutes from the airport become one of the biggest highlights! That and the pool. We could have stayed at that pool for a week in itself. And we almost always had it to ourselves. Being able to walk down to Baha Mar on the beach was nice also. There’s 2 grocery stores down the road, a mini souvenir market, beaches, and even a Wendy’s all with in 5 minutes. The condo was also amazing. Tons of space for myself and 4 family members. Master bathroom had a rain show head which is very relaxing and the deck was great in the morning! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook while we were there and there’s a bbq down by the pool. Needless to say, we are planning our next trip already and know where we will stay!

The owner of this property went out of her way to make sure that our vacation was perfect! She reached out to us a few times to see if we needed any help. In addition, she had a great listing of anything we needed from shopping, restaurants, or vacation activity we could think of. Can't wait to come back!

This is our second year in a row to spend Thanksgiving week here in Tatjana’s condo and we loved it just as much as the first time! Tatjana makes everything so easy and comfortable. We’re a family of four with 2 kids (11 & 7) and this condo is perfect for us. The kids enjoy the pool & beach and we enjoy being within walking distance to Baha Mar for the restaurants and the Daquairi Shack. This is a much more enjoyable experience than staying on a resort, in our opinion, because we can relax in quiet here at night and take a cab or the bus to Paradise Island during the day for excursions. We’ll be back again!

The location of the property, the private beach, infinity pool, the gym, nice security people, cleanliness of the apartment, well stocked amenities and most importantly the most responsive and best owner to rent from. What could be better?? Typically my son and I stay at hotels in the Bahamas but this year I decided to do something different. I was definitely not let down. Tatjana takes pride in her home and making it comfortable for guests and it shows. If I needed anything or had questions, she was so responsive and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the unit is truly a home away from home. All we had to do was buy our food. Many amenities are within a 10-15 minute walking distance. I highly recommend using Tatjana’s suggestion to call John for those longer or later in the day trips. He also took my family on an island tour and provided us with so much insight about the island. We took a couple of day trips to BahaMar (free access) which I recommend if you want to be around a lot of people. That provided a bit more action for my son. However if you just want to relax and kick back, I highly recommend utilizing the private beach and pool of the condo. You won’t be disappointed either. The private beach and pool are very clean and the canoes were there to use at your disposal. Next year when we return, I definitely plan to stay at Tatjana’s place and I plan to stay long enough to do one of her tours!

Just came back from a vacation in paradise. Tatjana is a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely no issues! Can’t wait to go back and swin in the infinity pool!

Nice Pool and People

Could not have imagined a better accommodation for our stay. We came to Nassau for the Sea, Sun, and Sand and this unit was amazing. Better than it is described. Felt like living in luxury. Unit had everything needed to be able to cook meals. We hired a chef that made us dinner on two nights.Staff was the best. Kudos to Sophia, Cicley, and Darryl. Owner Tatjana, was super responsive, easy accessible and knowledgeable. The gym and infinity pool was boss. But the best part was the private beach with canoes. I would recommend this property to anyone. If possible I would add a bbq grill. Plan on coming back with my family in November. Will never stay in a hotel in Nassau again. This is the place to be.

We love staying in this beautiful condo. The pool and beach were wonderful, and everything was within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed towels coolers even condiments and especially nice, a washer and dryer. Tatiana was a wonderful source of i information anytime we had questions. If you go to the Bahamas you have to schedule the Exuma trip through Tatiana it was magical. Great restaurants and close to other hotels for food and entertainment. Also loved our day trip to Atlantis through Daycation.com and even our 10 hour delay getting home was fun as we went to the “travelers” restaurant on the water. They had extra excellent food and entertainment to boot. One of our great family vacations for all six of us and we thank Tatiana for such a great time and accommodations.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay in this condo at One Cable! My husband, two young kids, and I stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving and it was beautiful warm weather with a light breeze, the condo is beautiful, safe & secure, the complex is not over crowded & it has a great private feel unlike staying on a resort. The pool was beautiful & a great size for the amount of people - not crowded at all. Tatjana is a pleasure to work with and made everything run very smoothly. My husband and I especially loved walking over to Baha Mar multiple times to eat at the restaurants & gamble. The Daquairi Shack is a must visit right in front of Baha Mar! We chose not to rent a car and it was super cheap & easy to catch a bus to go downtown towards Atlantis. We also enjoyed taking the water taxi from downtown to Atlantis. That side of the island is fun, but we will definitely stay at this unit when we come back for the convenient location without the constant hustle. Loved it!
