Die Lage und die kostenfreien Parkplätze.

Eingang, Treppenhaus und Zimmer stanken unerträglich nach Putzmittel. Offensichtlich hat die Reinigungskraft die Reinigungsmittel völlig überdosiert. Bei frischen 4 Grad mussten wir die Balkontür Tag und Nacht offen lassen. Bei unserer Ankunft lagen die Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten. Rezeption gibt es nicht. Ergo konnten wir bei unserer nächtlichen Ankunft den unerträglichen Zustand nicht reklamieren. Nachts Kopfschmerzen und dicke Augen. Das haben wir am nächsten Morgen nachgeholt. Antwort: „ Sie sind die ersten, die sich beschweren. Wenn wir das nochmal hören, müssen wir das mal überprüfen.“ Durchs lüften war die zweite und letzte Nacht erträglich. Das Zimmer praktisch aber ohne jegliche persönliche Note. Ein Hotel für Handwerker auf Montage. Dafür sprachen die Werkstattwagen auf dem Parkplatz. Die Handtücher dünn und zerschlissen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen extrem nach Waschmittel. Zuhause stellten wir fest, dass Pyjamas stark nach der Bettwäsche rochen.

Łatwość dostępu do obiektu poprzez klucz w skrzynce na zewnątrz. Nikomu nie blokujesz czasu i nikt Tobie.

Nie otrzymałem do chwili obecnej faktury mimo, że bardzo prosiłem Panią o fakturę drogą e-mail.

Lovely location! Such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in and check-out and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent!

The Wi-Fi did not work! We needed to attend a few meetings while staying in the hotel and I don’t think the hotel has satisfactory internet facilities. Another downside is the access public transportation! We took the buses to and fro Berlin and although the buses were generally reliable, on weekends, they only come every hour! :(

Nice and cosy location.

The location was marvelous for my needs: I need a quiet place to spend a restful night at, and this hotel is in a small village to the north of Berlin with a half-hour travel time to get to my place of work. The landlady is the daughter of a real Norman (from Normandy), who unfortunately died one and a half years ago. He had furnished the dining and bar room with solid-wood chairs from France; the walls sported beautiful paintings he had collected over the years. The whole place speaks of a lot of love for detail and dedication to fulfilling the guests' needs and wishes. Will come here again. Thank you, Mrs. Lerosier.

For handicapped people there is no elevator; thus, if you are walking impaired, this is not the place for you since you will have to climb a spiral staircase. For me, this was no problem. I would like to reserve Room # 1 again next time.

The location, the size of the room was very convenient.

There are only stairs, which makes it difficult, when the luggage is heavy or when one has several things to bring. There is also no kettle in the room or something to drink like it is offered in hotel chains.
