Decor very dated but clean. lack of supplies, not even any toilet roll. Also faulty kettle, and fridge didn't seem to be very cold.

Great location 5 mins from centre....apartment was clean comfortable and well equipped....Charlotta was very easy to talk to and very accommodating ...would have no second thoughts about returning next year.

Perfect location. House surrounded by green. Walking distance around Lund Close to my work.

A wonderful location in quiet residential neighborhood. A short walk to Stadsparken city park. Charlotte was very accommodating.

Needed to squeegee the water off the bathroom floor when taking a shower.

A very friendly and helpful host (we met only Carlos). We had some questions prior to arrival and all of them were answered. The towels and bed sheets were very clean. Overall all the apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had working appliances, like kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. There was a washing machine, didn't use it

The kitchen. Mold around the kitchen sink (the wooden part). A lack of small kitchen appliances, like pots, plates, bowls. The once that were there were dirty/sticky with oil.

The address given to the property was incorrect - apparently they manage 2 neighbouring houses. Some kind of a sign or an email/message prior to arrival would be good to prevent people from knocking on the wrong door and waste their time. A code is required to enter the apartment, but the host was not present when we arrived, which was during the given check-in time. Only turned up after having phoned them. Again, prior information with the code would have been great, so a guest does not have to spend time trying to find the host's phone number and calling the host. A child who lived in the house kept slamming the front door in the mornings (including the weekend), waking us up at 7. Chipped crockery in the kitchen should be replaced as this is a health and safety issue. The apartment has a somewhat run-down feel to it, and is only marginally cheaper than other properties in Lund which offer a superior experience.

Our stay was very comfortable at Villa Nova. We also had fast replies and well assistance whenever we had any questions. Spacious and well divided areas, which made the stay comfortable and did fit our needs
