Im Zimmer fehlte eine Schublade im Schrank. Die Seifenspender im Bad waren nicht so schön.

5 Tage Erbsensuppe, 5 Tage Mais und Oliven - keine Abwechslung beim Abendessen. Abräum Service mangelhaft. Personal unfreundlich und frech (Rezeption)

Abgewohntes Zimmer. Unfreundliches Personal an der Theke und an der Rezeption.

Frukosten var ganska bra, men utbudet kunde ha varit lite större. Vissa delar var lite ojämna i kvalitet. De löskokta äggen, exempelvis, kunde vara extremt rinniga, eller närmare mellan.

Bilderna på hemsidan ger generellt lite bättre intryck än man får i verkligheten.

Sehr großzügiges Zimmer, schön geschnitten. Leckeres Abendessen und Frühstück.

Leider war der SPA-Bereich ab 17 Uhr (unsere Ankunftszeit) für Kinder geschlossen... und am nächsten Tag erst wieder ab 14 Uhr geöffnet .. bei einer Übernachtung leider ärgerlich. Dies stand nicht im Booking -Profil des Hotels. Nur auf der Hotel-Website, auf die wir bei Ankunft verwiesen wurden. Hotelpersonal gab uns allerdings 4 Softdrinks und 2 Chips-Tüten als Widergutmachung... Die Bilder der kleinen Küche im Zimmer ließen darauf schließen, dass es möglich wäre, zu kochen. Leider war die Küche komplett leer - keinerlei Geschirr, Besteck oder Töpfe vorhanden...auch ärgerlich...

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist definitiv super! Frühstück war sehr lecker, Abendessen okay. Die Zutaten waren jedenfalls sehr frisch! Auch das Zimmer war sauber.

Wir hatten einen "dogroom" und waren davon ziemlich enttäuscht. Der lag im Keller und war ziemlich alt eingerichtet. Wie die normalen Zimmer sind, können wir leider nicht sagen. Die Lage ist okay. Fußläufig ist Lund erreichbar, allerdings ist die Umgebung direkt an der Autobahn und nicht sonderlich schön.

Super lejlighedværelse med masser af plads. God beliggenhed.

Maden var Ok, men ikke noget prangende, lidt en cafeteria stemning. Boede i lejligheds værelse med køkken, men der var ikke noget køkkenudstyr.

Stedet passede til vores behov med to store børn, da der var separat værelse med to enkeltsenge. Der var en passende gåafstand til centrum. Morgenmaden var god. Stedet virkede rent, pænt og velholdt/nyt. Vi vil klart anbefale det til andre

På afrejsedagen kom rengøringen forbi to gange, selvom der først var tjekud kl 12. De burde få at vide fra receptionen, når gæsten er tjekket ud. Det trak dog ikke ned på helhedsindtrykket.

Good breakfast and dinner. Good variety, good quality. For dinner main meal like grilled salmon, grilled ribs, etc. Really good. And side salads, some fruits. Nice cosy place for dinner/breakfast. Good location, quite close to the Lund University. Free parking near by hotel. Sauna available in the changing room by the gym with tovels there. .

Sauna was missing water bucket and scoup.

It was modern, clean, big family room, comfy beds, lovely breakfast and dinner. We loved the spa, saunas and the swimming pool. The relaxing room by the pool was heavenly - calm music, beautiful views and the sunset. We spent some lovely and super relaxing days there. Highly recommend!

The pool is available for the kids only until 17.00 o’clock. After a day’s trip in Lund and surroundings, it would be really nice to enjoy the pool as a whole family in the evening.

Good diner included. There are manu choises and every day different, good quality. Breakfast is also good quality and good variety- there is usual food, but alslo fruits, pancakes, even real whiped cream, good coffee. Bar open till 23 o'clock, the is at least one local beer, vine. Room quite confortable, confortable bed. There is cupboard like small kitchen. There is sauna next to gym, inside changing room, separate for men and woman. There are towels provided. Sauna has proper ventilation. There is free parking next to the hotel. Hotel is just two kilometres or less from Lund university.

Sauna is missing bucket and scoup for water.

It is a pitty that the coffee machine's milk supply system was broken down.

Very good option near Malmo. Room had everything You need, it was comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was very nice - different kinds of breads, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, few kinds of warm dishes, good coffee. Very nice and professional equipped gym. Good price.

Can not rememeber anything

It's cool that you can have breakfast before official time. I leave at 0600 o'clock and breakfast has been served.

We appreciated the dinner-buffet very much and the very good breakfast-buffet. convenient parking

The bathroom was not clean!! The showercurtain needs to change or to wash.

Compared to Best Western other places this was very poor.

Personel, breakfasts - variety of dishes, even if the second day at at 8:00 pancakes and bread were gone (only rolls left).

The standard rooms equipped at the level of low 3 stars, equipped with air-condition controlled centrally, and during my stay a-c was out-of-operation.

The room and bathroom were not the freshest.

The rooms are very small and they look more used than the pictures in Internet promise. I wouldn`t give 4 **** to this hotel, rather 3. The kitchen staff is too slow in moving away used plates, sometimes all tables were still full of used dishes, even though there were no people any longer. Also, the kitchen staff could communicate more and in a friendly way.
