Das Hotel und die Infrastruktur hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Frühstück und Lage waren ideal. Bei einem nächsten Bescuh würden wir das Hotel nochmals berücksichtigen.
Die Getränkekarte von der Hotelbar war nicht aktuell (kleine Notiz am Rande)

Het is een prachtig hotel met aardig personeel! Onze kamer was groot en prachtig ingericht.
Het bed was voor ons iets te klein, maar dat hadden we van te voren beter moeten checken.

Väldigt trevlig personal, god frukost.
Ingen ventilation i rummet som var liten. När vi kom in var det så kvavt att det kändes obehagligt. Om man öppnade fönstret kunde man inte sova pga trafik, folk som var högljudda på gatan.

Grand is living on old merits. It is not what it used to be, sadly. The breakfast is a shadow of what was served 7 years ago with a noticeable quality decline. The service is not what could be expected either considering the pricerange.
As a cherry on top after I left, I noticed I was charged double for what I consumed in the minibar. Granted, it was just one soft drink, nothing to get worked up about, but it adds to the general impression.

TVen i mitt första rum fungerade inte. Fjärrkontrollen i det andra fungerade inte. När den efter batteribyte fungerade visade det sig att utbudet var mycket magert

Location is great. Breakfast was nice. My wife is allergic to gluten and they had a lot of options for her and all dishes were clearly marked if they had gluten/lactose etc.
I suspect the room we got was once used as a cupboard or a broom closet. I’ve traveled extensively but never in my life have I spent as much money, for such a small room. No air condition but the hotel did supply a small, and loud, fan.

Breakfast provided a wide choice of foodstuffs, good quality. As usual with buffets, easy once you got to know where things were located! Excellent coffee. Room was pleasant and with a 'Juliette' balcony, which we needed as there was no fan or air-conditioning and it was a warm period, so had to leave the balcony door open for air. Hotel is very centrally located so finding the university etc was easy. It was very nice to stroll around Lund in the early morning before it was busy!
No kettle in the room. The bed was slightly 'bouncy'.

Great room and good breakfast, comfortable bed and a nice view over the park. We went for a nice dinner to a nearby restaurant and enjoyed sitting outside the hotel for a drink before taking a nice evening walk before going to bet. A perfect location.

Beautiful Hôtel friendly staff and the restaurant was fantastic. It was very busy and had a great vibe! Our first room was perfect with full walk in shower and larger comfy bed Coffee served on our floor daily!!!
Honestly the only thing we didn’t like was we got moved to a new room as we stayed longer. It was a comfy room however the tub had no curtain to have a stand up shower. It was very odd as we are use to walk in showers not bathing l

Made to very welcome. Prefect location in the heart of Lund.
If I had to pick one thing is that the towels in the bathroom could do with replacing. A little rough and over starched.
