Beautiful Large Beachfront Home perfect for our extended immediate family. Nice Pool and easy access to Bicycle Trail. Owner was very responsive.

The house was set up perfectly for my family of 8. My wife, kids and their spouses including 2 grand daughters loved the house , pool and ocean front location.

Our family had the perfect family vacation staying in this home! The home is right on the beach with a lovely large pool. Our grandchildren ages 4 - 14 were entertained the entire time. Ted, the homeowner was very pleasant and helpful to work with!

Had a great week. Nice beach. House was great. Room to spread out. Good a/c. Well stocked. Everything worked. If you need a break from the beach, the pool area is beautiful & very private. Hope to be back!

My family had an absolutely fabulous time at 22 Black Skimmer. The house is wonderful with a terrific floor plan, fantastic porches, and an unreal backyard with pool. The beach is easily accessible via the owner's pathway. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

The place is better than advertised. Ted couldn’t have been more responsive. Pool/beach access and proximity as well as the privacy of the property is perfect.

wonderful home with excellent beach location. Pool was very nice and heated to a temperature my friends really liked. We had a few issues with the heat and TV's but they were addressed promptly by the owner and the maintenance person was very nice and professional. could use some upkeep related to the window/door screens , but we all had a terrific time and would choose to stay at this location again.

We have been to Sea Pines at Hilton Head several times and thoroughly enjoyed this house. The oceanfront house is close to the beach, the pool in October had a fabulous heater, and the deck is 100% covered. The inside is roomy and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to cover the needs of 9 adults with two small children under 2 years of age. We would definitely stay at this location again.

This was about our 30th time traveling to Sea Pines for a family vacation and the house was the perfect gathering spot for the 4 generations who made it. The waterfront location with a private boardwalk made it very easy to access the beach but the house is set back from the water so is also very private. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and is completely stocked with all the necessary supplies for cooking. (We cooked in almost every night even though Ted provided a very comprehensive list of high-end to quick eating options in the area. Great list!) There are two dining areas that could seat up to 12 comfortably; one became the game/puzzle place. Some of the bathrooms have been recently remodeled too; a few are a little older. The twin beds were a little small for the over 20 crowd but would be perfect for those under 15. Check-in and check-out were convenient and so quick. Ted was VERY responsive throughout the entire process. We hope to come back again next year.

The house and property are exactly as presented. Plenty of space, well maintained and an extremely responsible and engaged property owner. Absolutely no hesitation about re-booking. Fantastic in every way.

Great house for our two families with kids. Spacious house with a nice kitchen renovation. Gas grill right off the kitchen. Elevator was helpful to have to bring up groceries and would be great for those who can’t do the stairs. 2car garage and large driveway. AC works great throughout. The shaded deck and view are priceless. We really enjoyed the house, beach and pool. Lots of biking to salty dog, beach club and harbourtown. A fantastic week!

This house is perfectly located on the beach in Sea Pines and has lots of space to spread out with a large group. It is an interesting mix of old beach house and newer modern updates. The kitchen is fantastic with everything you need and more to cook like you are at home. The owner is super responsive and helpful and the management company was easy to deal with also. Great family place and nice garage to keep cars out of the sun and sand.

This was the perfect week at the beach. House was wonderful! It has privacy in the outdoors while still being ocean front. Great shade by the pool - and perfect 2nd story porch to watch the ocean. Kitchen has everything you need.

We had a wonderful experience at 22 Black Spinner. The house was clean and well-stocked. We had everything we needed for our family of 12. There was ample space and parking. The children loved the pool and the beach was easily accessible. We made some great memories and look forward to returning.

This property was the ideal location for a family vacation! We had 4 kids (ages 3-8) who were easily entertained all week with quick access to the beach & bike paths. The heated pool was a great source of fun & the oceanfront views were gorgeous! The house itself is great - lovely kitchen - and Ted was very easy to work with! Definitely recommend!

House is ideally located a short walk or bike ride to South Beach/Salty Dog , golf, Beach Club and Harbortown. .

Ted was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The house is wonderful - great layout for several families and right on the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this property for our family vacation and it doesn’t disappoint! We love the spacious layout and close proximity to the beach. Quiet, relaxing and close to everything. Nice setup for multi generational family vacations, each bedroom has designated bath. Well stocked kitchen and great porches. Great location right on the beach. This is the first time renting a house at Hilton Head and it’s definitely nice to walk right out to the beach past your own, private pool. Excellent week!!

Our 3rd time at this home. Love the large pool and beach access . Big dining table and kitchen were great since we had all of our dinners at the house.lots of room for 12 of us. Love the deck looking at the ocean. My only suggestion would be replacing the grill and an enclosed outdoor shower would be fantastic. Love this house.
