We had high expectations for our annual family reunion on Hilton Head. Happily, they were met and then some. Palmetto Dunes is an expertly run organization, a beautifully maintained community with outstanding access to top-notch tennis, pickleball, beach, shopping and restaurants. We all agreed that Southern Bliss was the nicest property we’ve ever rented. From the 10 bedrooms to the well-equipped kitchen with dual major appliances, two laundries, plenty of big screen TV’s, ample dining spaces, gorgeous pool, game areas and elevator, it is a magnificent vacation property and we will be back.

Our family recently stayed here and we absolutely loved this house! It is beautiful, clean, and such a short walk to get to the beach. We would def. stay here again!

We had a wonderful family holiday at the property including a big cooked meal. The house was well appointed, but the kitchen was surprisingly capable for so much cooking. Then of course there is the beach, the pool, the island. Great job Southern Bliss

THE HOUSE IS WONDERFULLY LAID OUT FOR LARGE GROUPS IT NEVER FELT CROWDED, EVEN WITH 24 PEOPLE OCTOBER IS A PERFECT MONTH FOR THE BEACH, HOT TUB/POOL AND THE FIRE PIT. WILL BE GOING AGAIN TO THIS HOUSE, I HOPE.

Great house for our group of 15 lifelong friends. Parking for large group was complicated by limited passes (only 6). Short walk to beach from fourth row.

Wonderful kitchen with plenty of seating for large gatherings. Double appliances - super beneficial. Great pool with covered sitting and lounging area below. Beach is easily accessible with path directly across from the house. Super smooth with all the appropriate communication. Thanks!

Great house for a large family get together. It lived up to all its listed attributes. Each bedroom is of more than sufficient size for the number of beds. With two tables that each seat 10 and an additional table for five all in close proximity to each other in the kitchen family dining was very enjoyable. The kitchen has more dishes, utensils etc. than you will ever use and there are two of all major appliances. The walkway to the beach was right across the street and less than a three minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ideal for an annual fun family time of 30 spanning four generations. Great Kitchen facilities as each family took turns preparing a special evening meal for the group. We enjoyed spending time together with our great grandchildren in the pool. And all enjoyed Pickle ball at nearby courts.
If you enjoy family time together you’ll enjoy this place.

The pictures are very accurate, the beach is within easy walking distance, the kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, glasses, baking dishes, skillets, most anything you need. I want to give a shout out to the host Greg, he was very helpful and answered questions in a very timely manner, this was my 1st experience.

Overall, the property was very nice and the house was in great condition. There are a couple of drawbacks: 1) Juggling the car passes was not an easy chore. If you have that many rooms in a house, you have to allow for more vehicles. We had families coming in from seven different states and it was inconvenient. 2) The walkway down to the beach needs to be changed. When sand gets on the walkway, it becomes very, very slick. My 89 year old mother was at the very top of the ramp and her feet just flew out from under her. Luckily, all she had was a sore tail bone, and it could have been much worse.

This was our second time staying here for our family beach trip. It was just as awesome as we remembered! Plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. It’s an easy walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The house was amazing and had plenty of room for our friends and family! The kitchen was fully equipped. The walk to the beach is easily accessible by the path across the street. We loved Southern Bliss !

Just a short walk to the beach (access right in front of home), this vacation home was absolutely perfect for our celebration/friends trip. I would very much consider returning to this area and staying in a home owned by this property manger again. I cannot say enough good things about this rental!

This large and spacious house was perfect for our extended family vacation. Well-appointed, designed for large groups, we loved the 2-of-everything kitchen and had assigned nights for cooking, the beach is minutes away down a beach access path, the lower level of the house is filled with games and the pool and hot tub were the highlight for the kids. Palmetto Dunes and HHI provided all the tennis, pickleball and golf our family could handle. Do rent bikes. They'll deliver and pick up and it's the best way to get around the island. Did I mention how responsive the Owner was before, during and after the rental? 5 stars to him.

Our group of 16 guys were unanimous in rating this property 5+ stars. This is by far the best house on HH that we have rented for our annual golf trip. Perfect for our group. House is spacious. Amenities in the house exceeded our expectations. We cook all of our meals during the week and we did not lack for anything in the kitchen. Owner is very easy to work with and is very responsive. We enjoyed this house so much we have already reserved for our 2024 golf trip.

We held a corporate retreat and it was great because everyone had a bathroom for 8 people staying in 8 different rooms (we had 2 rooms open). There were a few unexpectedly positive things:
1) The path to the beach was right in front of the house and within 45 second walk we were on the beach.
2) The house looked nicer in person than the pictures.
3) There were a few more amenities in the kitchen than mentioned.
The leadership team loved the meeting, and I would recommend to all.

We wanted a beach house with room to hang out together, and this house delivered! The gorgeous beach is a very short walk away, and the house is a beautiful and comfortable delight, with room to hang out, a lovely pool, and the best equipped kitchen we have ever had at a rental house. The host is very responsive too. A great experience!

Beautiful home, great location for large family
We have 6 grown children and 10 Grandchildren ranging from 21 to a few months. This house was absolutely perfect. Enough room where we never felt crowded and it also had enough space to give people privacy when they needed it (teenagers need their privacy). If you looking for a large group to head to Hilton Head, this is the place. Beach access across the street, three beautiful golf courses on the resort and plenty of other things to do. The owner, Greg, was very responsive and we hope/plan to be back sometime in the future.

Wonderful Stay at Southern Bliss
Best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in all our dealings with properties. We brought stuff we would never have had to bring. Property was exactly as described with no embellishment. Pool was cleaned and serviced three times during our week’s stay. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Me and my husband couldn’t be happier with everything…the house was clean and had double appliances…our chef was able to prepare breakfast and dinner with out any issues! If you’re considering staying here…DO IT!! You will not regret it!

Property accommodated all of us, young and old. It rained the night before and morning of the wedding so we set up the wedding in the large common area and deck instead of the beach and it worked out beautifully. Had an absolutely wonderful week. All of our needs were met and the house was very well thought out with do many great details. I would recommend this house for sure.
