We ended up staying here for a month as we were waiting for our house to be finished. It fit our needs very well. It is a great location for taking walks and also for my 90-year-old father-in-law to check out all the happenings outside the window. We were lucky enough to see a few ships go down the channel also. Excellent place to stay!

Place was great. Boardwqlk behind house and the beach is just down street. Can see lighthouse from back yard.

Exactly as listed. The beds were not super comfortable, but they were okay for a couple nights. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient. We had a good time even though the weather was crappy. We played with the games in the basement and some of the board games that are provided.

Great location, great views of the river. We would definitely stay here again!

The home’s location was perfect! Lovely view of river and close to park, beach and great spots for walks. Couldn’t have been better. Some updating to lighting would’ve improved the interior of the home but it was equipped with most everything we needed.

We loved staying here! The converted garage was absolutely amazing, and we hung out in there a ton. The sliding doors on each bedroom, and the huge back deck are also amazing, and being on the waterway with the dock was perfect. The water was far enough (with a gate that locks) so we didn’t have to worry about the toddler, but close and easy enough that all of the kids could fish or kayak from there. Easy walk to playgrounds, the beach and town, it was fantastic!I do wish it had whole house AC instead of window units (one bedroom doesn’t have one), and better doorknobs (some really don’t work which was scary with kids), but those things were minor, and wouldn’t deter us from recommending it or staying there again.

The place, location and view were all exceptional!!We were very pleased with everything. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. We will definitely vacation again in the future.

This home was very clean and was stocked very well with all necessary items including a cooler! The washer and dryer came in very handy since we had two kids under 5. We will come again.

Everything was easy from start to finish. Beds very comfortable. For the most part had everything we needed except kitchen hand towels.

Beautiful place right on the water! It was very spacious for our whole family and provided a “home away from home” feeling as we were all brought together for one last summer vacation! Definitely would recommend and we hope to come back next year!

Walking distance to beach and downtown restaurants. Loved the access to the riverwalk and pier from the backyard. All of the living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The home is very inviting and modern. It made for a easy relaxing vacation. Love the patio doors in each bedroom, definitely adds to privacy. Renting this property was very easy to do from start to finish. Hope to get back again next year!

This house was amazing, it was so much fun watching the freighters! The boat launch is only a few houses down and the house comes with an amazing deck. The back yard area is great as well. The house itself is great and clean. Highly recommend.
