St Andrews House was in a good location with lovely grounds and easy free onsite parking. The accommodation was nice and use of the heated swimming pool was a bonus when the weather was hot. Fiona and Jon were great hosts, friendly and attentive. The breakfast offering was varied and delicious. Would stay here again if visiting Lyme Regis in the future.

Good parking and not far from the town to walk. Room size was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.
That the owner chose to enter our room after the first day when we'd locked it and had gone out. Either ask if we want the room turned down or leave a room sign; hugely unprofessional. We had assumed as we'd locked the door and had only been there 24hrs we'd have privacy....no. Also hugely disappointed that the pool was not available, according to the website it should be and was advertised as heated. It was my husband's birthday and a key deciding factor on our choice of stay, I'd paid nearly £300 for 2 nights and expected to have access to facilities advertised and paid for. Finally, internal noise through the property was a problem.

The property is well situated, very clean, comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. There is a dedicated parking space, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The room is beautifully presented, and it even had a book and leaflet about Mary Anning (in the Anning room) which were very interesting!

Very welcoming host. Comfy bed and pristine bedding/fluffy towels. Breakfast was excellent, both cooked and cold - quality ingredients. Swimming Pool was lovely in a very hot September week. If staying in Lyme Regis again would definitely return.

Jon and Fi are the nicest of people who welcome you both to their property and to the area. They could not be more helpful and welcoming.
If I was being really picky, I would have liked Maldon Salt and Black Pepper on offer with breakfast.

Everything is perfect in this B&B, the size of the room and bathroom (really spacious), the size and comfort of the bed, all the little extras in the room (bottle opener, proper wine glasses, good and modern hair dryer, large powerful shower but also a bath, great windows and views, nice complimentary toiletries, the decoration, the beautiful furnitures, the heated large pool, the amazing views, the quietness on the area, and the beautifully cooked breakfast) The owners are really nice and run the place very professionally.
Will definitely come back!

Not a deal breaker at all, but 14 min up hill from the beach.
Then again, if it was not up hill, the views wouldn't be as good and the price a lot higher.

It was ideal location for our visit Lyme Regis.
We enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool each day.

Hosts were lovely and welcoming, breakfasts were really nice aswell! Had a good selection of games and activities to do for the evening, also had a fan in the room to keep it nice and cool in the hot weather. All information that you'd need is ready on hand but they were always available to answer any questions aswell.

Breakfast was perfect, lots on offer, all cooked to order and with being asked what time you wanted it the day before no long wait. Loved the homemade jam from the fruit in the garden.
The B&B was a lovely place run by a very lovely couple. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Our room was a nice big room, very clean with lots of units to put your items in and a very big bath room.
It was lovely to be able to use the large gardens and pool area. Over all the whole stay was perfect, could not find fault with any thing. Well done.

Great stay, the owners could not have been more helpful. Very tasty, fresh breakfast with plenty of choice. Slept really well, clean, spacious room. 10 minute walk down the hill into Lyme Regis, bit slower on the way back. Fantastic sea view from our room. Great to have parking but make sure to check how to find it before you plan your journey, we missed the turn off and it was a little difficult to turn round! Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay over a weekend break. the owners, Fi and Jon were great and always on hand to provide suggestions. Breakfast was scrummy! Our room was large and very comfortable and it is in a gorgeous quiet location.

Beautiful room with a lovely pool
Water was freezing cold on the first night but they went out of their way trying to get it fixed. The beds were also very stiff.

What a wonderful place to stay. The house was big and roomy, room was lovely and it was lovely to have dvd's to watch or borrow a book and use the snooker table or out door pool, if we wanted to. Breakfast was good. Lyme Regis is a lovely area to explore and plenty of things to do. The couple that ran the B & B were lovely. I will definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend.

This is a top B & B, cant rate it highly enough.
Room and all amenities in it were fantastic, breakfast was amazing. Hosts were so welcoming and friendly. All this, plus a heated ourdoor pool!!!!

Excellent breakfast (cooked to order and good quality ingredients), room had a sea view, parking a real bonus, walk into Lyme Regis (bit of a steep hill on the way back). For guests’ use there is a swimming pool and garden to relax in, snooker table and shelves of books for guests to borrow while staying.
