Había Cucarachas por toda la cocina, en los cajones, en la tostadora, en los muebles de los dormitorios. Pocos accesorio de limpieza, escasos cubiertos, en los dormitorios las camas poco cómodas, los colchones duros y ya con años de uso, las almohadas llenas de moho (ácaros). El marco de la puerta dañado, los aires acond., sucios y sin mantenimiento. En fin, le hace falta un full mantenimiento y renuevo. Los vecinos hacían fiesta y mucho ruido en el apto de arriba y del lado. Hasta las 05am y siguiendo al otro día. Pensé que había politica de prohibiciones pero todo lo contrario. Le dieron duro.

Good location and very spacious apartment and rooms. Great location, as well.

The check in process was rough. There is a lady there that is supposed to come help you, put it took about 15 minutes to get there. She wasn't available to provide towels, toilet paper, etc during the stay. There was also an argument about the resort fee. Why would I pay a resort fee when there was no resort? The pool and spas were closed. All we did at the apartment was sleep. My friend found a small roach in the bathroom. Master bath hot water didn't work unless one of the sinks was turned on to cold. Bedding looked old and cheap and didn't match the modern aesthetic of the apartment.

The staff was rude and very disrespectful to our guest and wouldn’t let guests up to our rooms. the worst stay ever dirty towels no Wi-Fi.. the worst stay in Cartagena

The property is big and has a balcony that gives you a panoramic view of bocagrande and a bit of the old town. It has plenty of towels and kitchen facilities (fridge, pans, oven, stove, kettle). It’s close enough to the city center (ca. 10 min by car) and the beach (ca. 5 min by foot). Tv is great but some remote controles are without batteries or need a change ASAP.

The person in charge in Cartagena to hand over the keys and the apartment wasn’t there when we arrived, so we didn’t know how things worked, like how to turn on the oven, where the towels where etc. We tried to contact the person in charged in Cartagena and she barely replied to some questions so we had to call her and she answered in a very unpleasant way. She said she will come the next day and she never showed up. The apartment is perfect but the person in charge there just downgraded what a perfect stay could be. The owner which I talked to was very kind and always answering.

Perfect spot in the best part of the city, nice apartment, modern furniture. What I liked most was the gorgeous rooftop pool with jacuzzi. Outstanding view in the night with ocean view.
