Our entire extended family enjoyed our visit. Hot tub, pool, slot machine, pool table, and pin ball kept us entertained. Even caught a bass from the dock with the catch and release policy. House was equipped with everything we needed. Even a kitchen thermometer for out turkey!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was the perfect spot for our group of 4 couples on a golf trip. A great location, close to many great course. Property manager was great to work with, very responsive. We didn't have a single issue.

Awesome entertainment for all ages - 16-96. Wonderful area too.

This home was perfect for my stay. plenty of room for everyone, activities and games included, everything you need for a great stay a short drive for local events. The VIEW was amazing every night. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful ten days at the property! The house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the pool! We spent everyday outside even though it was 110 degrees! Thanks for the great stay!

Our family from New York, California & Arizona met for the week around New Year’s. The space was wonderful, we had a blast and lost & won & lost a lot of quarters in the slot machines! Pool & hot tub area were beautiful. We were a little disappointed, at first, that the pontoon boat wasn’t working but the hosts left us a note & a check to reimburse us, and honestly we didn’t miss it. On the plus side, the extra fridge in the garage was a nice surprise! Felt very private & perfect location, communication with hosts was great, would highly recommend this house.

As advertised, fantastic property, gave them five stars but if I had a sixth star they would get it. Very clean and comfortable, amazing back yard, we added the boat and had a blast on sunset tours.

The house was awesome, just like the pictures. The backyard was everyone's favorite spot. The view is amazing and the pool was definitely lived in the entire time. No hassle check in and everything was exactly where they said it would be. Neighborhood was fantastic and everyone was so friendly. We rode bikes and walked tge neighborhood. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The main suite was huge, with a balcony. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, it was great! This is definitely the spot!!!

My experience and stay here was AWESOME! Pics doesn't do it justice. You have to experience it for yourself. The house was clean and well stocked. Everything you need for the stay is provided. The game room is so much fun. Nice and spacious for our party of 10. We had people coming from 4 different states so it was nerve wracking not knowing if we would everything we needed. We did and more. So glad we opted to rent the boat. The morning ride with full sun wasn't the best idea but the sunset cruises we took were absolutely beautiful. Grocery store super close by in additon to multiple restaurants, gas stations and pretty much everything you need. The communication with the owner was great! They have everything thought of, that it made the stay seemless. The binder they created has all you need to know and more. We all enjoyed our stay so much, we already booked our next stay there. We even opted to stay at the house one of the days instead of making plans to explore. The only sad part of that decision was to not carve out more time to hang out at this house. Seriously a vacation in of itself. The neighbors didn't bother us or make us feel out of place/awkward. I normally don't write reviews but this one was a must. It was the least I could do for the owners who made our stay so AWESOME!

When we arrived to the home the oven wasn’t working so we had to grill out first dinner which meant getting different groceries to do so. The slot machines also did not work(which was a huge draw for us) and some of the lawn chairs torn….Fran was a great communicator and had new oven installed on Saturday 2 days after our arrival the slot machines were never fixed…. My son also encountered a scorpion in the laundry room and cockroaches in the game room… Fran did have the bug guy come and spray and I was able to catch the scorpion before he arrived…. The home itself has a lot to offer and we did enjoy our stay

We love to come out to the Phoenix area for a week in the summer and found a hidden little gem of a neighborhood in Arrowhead Lakes. What brought us to the area was the lake system for some putting around the water and fishing. The neighborhood is set up like a golf community except instead of golf there is a canal style lake. We found this house a few years ago but it never worked out to being able to stay there. This year was different. We scooped it up and we are really glad we did. Communication and coordination with the owners was fantastic. They had clear instructions and made the booking process very easy. As we got closer to our trip the check in instructions were sent and they were easy to follow. The property is well maintained and clean. There is a large garage with an extra fridgerator. Inside there is plenty of seating in the living room and round the house. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the utensils and dishware you would need to cook while you are there (probably the best stocked kitchen of any rental I have been to). The appliances were new and clean. The game room kept the whole group busy between dips in the pool. They had some cool slot machines, a pinball machine, shuffleboard and pool tables. Each of the bedrooms and their bathrooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Each bedroom had a TV and blinds too. The best part of the property is the backyard. It has an amazing infinity edge pool that overlooks the lake. The pool has a small grotto with a water feature along with a spa, swim up table with umbrella and Baja shelf with umbrella. The spa sits up a little higher than the pool and water cascades over a spillway into the pool. In addition to all of that there is a covered seating area with electric awning that extend to shade the pool deck, which is great when the deck gets too hot. There is a built in BBQ, outdoor fireplace and an al fresco dining area that all have views of the lake. Another bonus was the grill was immaculate, which is a nod to the attention to cleanliness by the owners. Finally there is a small gate and walkway down to a small platform dock and electric pontoon boat. This is a great place to hang out for drinks or to spend some time fishing. All in all a fantastic place to stay. We are planning on going back!

The house is comfortable, with plenty of space, but the outdoor area is awesome. We were in AZ to celebrate our father’s birthday, four siblings stayed at the property, and we really did not need to leave. We enjoyed swimming and boating and hanging by the pool. If you have a group that enjoys being together, this is a great space.

This home is every that is advertised and more! If you enjoy being outdoors by the pool, close to hiking or beautiful lake views this is the one!! Owners are easy to work with and house was very well equipped for cooking and entertaining my family!!

We loved our time at this home and were very impressed with how well-stocked it was. It had a great game Room that was a lot of fun. We also enjoyed going for rides on the pontoon boat and loved the beautiful backyard with the pool Jacuzzi and barbecue area.

We had family from multiple locations. Room for all. Shuffle board table and the pool were great for family gatherings. Kitchen was very good.

My friends and I were in town to play golf. We chose this house because of the location, the hot tub (spa), and the boat for cocktail cruises. The house was better in person than even the pictures can show. Anything that wasn't perfectly operational was tended to immediately. We enjoyed our stay these and plan to come back when the golf gods lead us back to AZ.

We really enjoyed our short stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The backyard and pool are fantastic even in the heat of summer. Our whole family enjoyed the game room as well.

Beautiful Home on Arrowhead Lake. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 4 teens and this home has everything you could want for a getaway. Even though it was hot August, with fantastic pool outside and all the fun and games (pool table, pinball, shuffleboard and slot machines) inside everyone kept cool and happy. And when not swimming or playing games, the recliner sofas and big screen TV provided a great place to relax. I can’t recommend this home enough, the perfect getaway!

Beautiful home, pool, and lake. Home is very clean and with plenty of room. Very close to the highway and stores but still a quiet neighborhood. My family had a wonderful time and loved every minute of our vacation!
