We absolutely loved this house from the moment we arrived - the main draw for us was the large open plan seating area with a generous dining table and open kitchen with counter stools so that we could gather as a family and have game night or be “together” while reading or lounging on the deck. The togetherness factor is why we chose a house over a hotel and this delivered beautiful family time. The private access beach with beach parking was such a bonus. You could easily walk to beach but also drive the chairs and towels and all down for your family and park. So convenient and beautiful! The pool was a great end of day place to chill and wind down after a beach day for us. The beds were extremely comfortable; great AC; excellent hot water - all the things you would expect but sometimes don’t live up. They certainly all lived up to expectations here. Finally the house is well appointed - iron, blowdryer; grill tools; great kitchen appliances - everything you need to make it an easy trip. One where you can just enjoy your family time! and that at the end of the day was the most meaningful thing of all - to hear our kids say this was a great vacation and a great house! Highly recommend! wish we could have stayed longer!

Great set up and location for our family, including three children and a dog. Home was super clean, modern, and had everything we could need. We really enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach and town. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Very clean, well run property. AC struggled a bit during sunny days to get below 74 degrees in the house. Kitchen and baths are brand new and very nice. Immaculately clean.

The property is an excellent property on a great location and walking distance to the beach. Very comfortable for our family of 6. Will stay again.

The property was very pretty and centrally located to the beach as well as town. The rooms are good sized. We had a couple of hiccups during the stay but Tabitha was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us. We would rent here again.

When we first walked in the property was clean and well kept. The first view you get from the main room is the pool with the ocean backdrop. This immediately draws you outside where you will want to spend the rest of your time! The property was great and you are so close to downtown you couldn’t ask for more. We will be back to stay again for sure.

Loved the design of home - and big open kitchen-living-dining area. The pool was really nice for laps and cooling off. The deck area and pool is nestled amongst trees and has a very private feel. The view is beautiful. Tabitha was lovely to work with. Ten minute walk to very pretty Long Beach. House also comes with parking pass that allows for few minute drive to beach and parking in private parking lot. Would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful beach house
I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this house. From the fully stocked kitchen to the beach chairs to the pool floats, this house had all the extra details to make our stay so fun and easy. The house itself is modern and clean, the pool was saltwater and in perfect condition and the view of the ocean was beautiful and calming. We visited the house for a few days (my husband and two kids) and hope to be back again!

Owner was great with communicating throughout the entire process and was very accommodating during check in. The house is new and clean. The dipping pool is a great touch to relax in the afternoon.
Definitely a quiet neighborhood with a rental property on one side and an older couple on the other. Would certainly stay here again.

Stunning house!
This house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and the pool in the back along with the view from the deck was to die for. Nice quiet area and the house was exactly as described which was nice! We loved the added touches of towels, sheets, etc. but the essentials that should be included in the house were lacking a bit. For instance, we had to buy our own toilet paper because there was only one roll in the house and there was no coffee or tea stocked but there was a coffee machine/filters and tea pot. For the price, these essentials should be included but aside from this, the house in itself was gorgeous and super close to the town's major shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at your beautiful home was all we had hoped for. The house was spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. The owners supplied everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to quality towels, linens and comfortable beds.

The house is fabulous!
We loved our stay in this home. The best part is the pool and deck-from which you can see the ocean. The home is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. In addition, they supply beach chairs and an umbrella with a key to the private beaches of Hither Hills. In addition, the property manager is great-she answers all questions so quickly. All in all, it is a great house to rent in Montauk
