place was nice and very well provisioned. the beach gear on site was a nice plus.

The condo was cozy. We loved the back deck. There were a few outlets in the bedrooms that were quirky and you couldn’t use both bathroom outlets at once. I was not impressed with the information sheet they gave us. It said beach and pool access were right across the street. Well, right across the street was a Disney hotel. We had to call several times to get the correct directions to the pool and beach. The lady that spoke with me was very patient and kind. The condo was a cute, two bedroom with a loft and full bath upstairs. You were not allowed to turn the AC down past 72. It never got cool in the loft and it stayed uncomfortably warm. When the weather is in the mid 90s and humidity making it 10 degrees hotter, you want to be able to turn the air down past 72 but it would apparently freeze up the unit. This was the noisiest spot we’ve ever rented. It’s definitely not a quiet area. Very busy. It’s been 10 years since we were in Hilton head so maybe it’s just grown up that much but other places on the island seemed a lot quieter. There was a maintenance guy still working on things when we got there so they weren’t quite ready for us but we were still able to go in. There were a few things that were out of place and I’m assuming it because it was a rush to get it ready for us after the former guest left. For the amount of money we spent on the place, we expected more. It wasn’t a bad experience altogether, but we won’t be back here. We could have rented nicer for less money.

This end unit provided a beautiful setting with privacy and only a few steps to the beach and pool. It was very clean had all the amenities needed for our week stay. This place has it dialed in from the check in process to ammenties they have thought of it all. If it's within budget I highly recommend staying here. Don't let the small walk (less than 2 minutes) detier you from this wonderful property!

There is now a large sectional in the living room that was perfect for our party of 5. The kitchen is well stocked and organized (many meals and even birthday treats were prepared there). The beds were all on the firm side, but I just prefer a soft bed. We had an issue with the ceiling fan in the loft, but Beverly was super responsive and professional and sent her nice handyman out the next morning. We LOVED the location in Palmetto Dunes and actually preferred it over Sea Pines. Walking distance to the beach, pool, and general store was a definite plus. All of the beach equipment provided was in great shape (the only thing not provided were pool noodles). Just bring your clothes and toothbrush and you're all set! Our favorite restaurants were A Lowcountry Backyard (downhome atmosphere and BEST shrimp & grits!), Coast (upscale food and ocean view), and The French Bakery (amazing pastries). Surprisingly, everyone loved the gator bites at The Salty Dog! Mini golf at Pirate's Island was the best mini golf EVER. Thanks to Beverly for making my 50th so special. :)

We loved our time at Hilton Head. The property was beautiful and so inviting. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots/pans and cooking utensils. The beds were all so comfortable and all three bathrooms were stocked with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. We cannot wait to visit Hilton Head again!! Thanks for making our stay such an incredible and memorable experience.

Kitchen stocked with everything you need and more, bathrooms had ample towels for all guest and the beds were so comfortable. Location was perfect and the community is quiet.
