The staff were friendly and helpful; and the room was spotlessly clean. The location was a stone throw from the Duomo and had easy access to metro and trams.

Very noisy at night due to trams however this is part of staying so close to everything and didnt take away from our enjoyable stay.

this is not a proper hotel. second floor of a office building turned into private rooms but with no support or services. bathrooms: not provided with proper shampoo/conditioner; the overhead shower did not work and they have painted the walls and floor of the shower areas so it was peeling and mildewy. rooms: can hear ALL noises in the other rooms around you and in hallway

the bathroom didn’t have tile, it was painted with pain and the pain was chipping. unacceptable.

Felt safe, had two coffee and pastry shops very close by. Duomo was a 5 min walk away, so location was great. Arrived early and staff held our luggage, so we could take a tour.

The hotel is located inside a big building and had no "store front" so we were not sure we had actually arrived at the hotel. Some signs on the street, noting the location of the hotel - and how to get into the hotel, would have been muchly appreciated.

strange! it should not be called Boutique!!! all it is is a series of maybe 10 rooms on the 2nd floor of a Commercial building with offices !!! the reception is a 2 m by 1 m space!!! - the bathroom is small and mediocre- its main light above the sink was not working during my 6 days stay! reminded me of hotel de passe, rooms to rent by the hour!!!

Perfect location - 3 min to the Duomo walking. Very friendly staff. Nice room.

The room was overlooking the tram line, even with closed windows at night and morning we could hear it quite loud. We had to request a room change as there was a bad smell in the bathroom; second room was ok.

Location was great it is at the heard of the city and nearly 2 minutes walk to Duomo. It was my fiirst time in Milan and becuse of the location of the hotel I felt lucky. The room was great and big enough to live in. I think there is only one problem with the hotel ie. trams' sound and I think you will never mind this problem since the other facilities that it serves exceed your expectations. staff was great and hotel was safe enough you do not feel yourself unsecure. please be noted it is not a real hotel with the reception and other facilities in. it is like one floor hotel with only rooms side by side and a small receiption where recptionists are always away from there. You should search for the hotel since there is no sign or private entrance for it. you will find the hotel in the 1st floor not in the ground floor but in any case if you are looking for a cozy and comfortable place with ease of transportation to the city center this is the perfect place for you.

Excellent location within seconds walk of Duomo. Rooms are a good size and bathroom is good. Bed is very comfortable with memory foam pillows. Staff are helpful and lots of messaging once you book. Easy to use card entry once you know how.

This is not a normal hotel with bars or restaurants so just for sleeping. it’s just a row of rooms along a corridor. Entrance is hard to find on side street and you have to go up stairs to reception. Not a problem once you know.

our room faced a busy tram line so was noisy! but it’s central Milan so what do you expect!
