Very nice family getaway, the place was very cozy and the location was great.

We had a wonderful trip, place was clean, super close to the beach, andwe had a week filled with beach and Jeep fun! It will be wonderful when the dryer is fixed... It's rather obnoxious. But all else was great!

We were looking for a quiet area away from the active boardwalk and we found just that. Jonathan was super helpful and very great to communicate with. Unit was super clean and very enjoyable. We will be back next year! Thank you Jonathan!!

We were so happy with how close the house was to the beach! The street was nice and quiet, safe for kids. We would definitely stay here again next year!

Perfect for families. No parties. A short walk to the beach. Many places to eat and enjoy within walking distance. For a short drive, we highly recommend Captain Mac's for an unusual place for dinner. Get there early. They close at 7:30pm and are always busy. Old Pro Mini Golf has an indoor and outdoor range. We played both. Great fun and very busy. The indoor range was done very creatively. The downside is the traffic.

Our family of 8 (inc 3 kids 5 and under) had a wonderful relaxing get away. Jonathan was excellent with communication and making us feel comfortable and safe - the disinfecting of the property was evident! This is a really nice part of OC - quieter and lovely!

The Sandpiper was perfect! Although our weather was more like March than Memorial Day weekend, complete with gale-like winds, this place was perfect! We were so close to the beach and it was beautiful! The location is far enough from OC-proper that we didn’t have to worry about parking or noise, but close enough to do whatever we wanted! The dining table was a great size for our rainy-day board games and the Door Dash deliveries! We would definitely book again for our next OC visit!

Great location, quiet street for Ocean City (no high rises nearby), wonderful front deck furnishings and back deck with large picnic table. Super quick, easy walk to the beach. Bedrooms were small, but adequate as we were only in them for sleeping - the rest of the time was spent on the porches or the beach! Unit had everything required for a great stay. Great unit for the price. Will definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay . Great access to the beach. Parking is very hard if you have more than one vehicle, that was the only drawback.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay very much. Quiet building in great location. Had most everything we needed but we were unaware that we needed to bring ALL the bed linens down to the pillows and blankets. I must have missed something! The Queen mattress was hard as rock! We made due and had a very nice mini vacation

This property was in a great location, on first floor, and had a nice layout for two family’s of four. Beds were a little firm, but we are definitely booking for our next trip to OCMD!

The condo was fine. Well kept and what you expect at a the beach. Good Wifi and good TV channels. Its nice to be near the beach. Beds were on the extra firm side. All in all it was a fine place to stay for a week.

This was a cute little condo and we had a good family vacation! We managed to get ‘white’ street parking spots after the first night. Definitely a short walk from the beach. When cooking/using the kitchen the main room would get warm and the thermostat was locked above 70, so the place did take a while to cool down. We played plenty of family games and enjoyed our time together. I’d Definitely recommend this place for families with smaller kids and fewer adults!

We recently returned from our 4 day trip to OC Maryland. The property manager, Jonathan, was wonderful during the entire process. Lots of space for our family of five - two decks with beautiful furniture and a picnic table. Clean, nearly private beach out front, all pots, pans, coffee makers, toasters and silverware included. We will be back (and hope for better weather!)

PROS: -Prop Manager is easy to communicate with and thorough -Place was clean and as described, Tons of dishware -Everything is pretty close by/Great Location. You can walk to Bayside Skillet, which in and of itself is AMAZING -HBO channels make for some great movie nights -Beach isn't far, ample parking for multiple cars right out front CONS: -Single Bed room (queen size I think) mattress is as hard as a brick. The other beds weren't bad -- just that one. -Literally NO linens. Some places make you bring linens like towels/bed stuffs but still have some kitchen towels on hand or throw blankets. There's nothing 'extra' like that here, so plan accordingly. -Very small bathrooms and rooms make for cramped quarters, but the living space is adequate All in all, this place did the job. The owner is very nice -- very thorough. I did feel a little anxious about the upstairs/side neighbors with the owner warning us of keeping noise levels down and to not use certain doors at certain hours, but really it was anxiety for naught. We didn't have any issues, and the across-the-street teens were way louder, so our two kids were no issue. Thanks for the stay!

My family and another family stayed here for our annual summer beach trip. It fit 6 adults and 4 children beautifully. The unit was laid out nicely, allowing for plenty of space to move around without feeling crowded. The unit was SPOTLESS when we arrived and you could tell that it was thoroughly cleaned. The owner was friendly, informative, and easily accessible. He even met us during check in and check out to greet us and send us off. You can tell he takes pride in his rental, but is understanding and flexible enough to know that sometimes accidents happen, especially when kids are involved. And the best part (aside from cleanliness), is the location. This condo is seconds from the beach. We were able to walk back and forth from the beach multiple times throughout the day, without it feeling like a hassle. If you want to take a quick trip to the beach to check out the waves or to put your stuff down, you were back in minutes. This came in very handy when one or two of the kids needed a short break or a nap, or a forgotten toy etc. If we return to OC next summer, we will definitely be staying here. It was close enough to some of the action, but was on a quiet street with mostly families and locals. We would absolutely recommend this place.

We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The unit had everything we needed. The owner was responsive and communicated everything we needed to know. The location was perfect....it's on a very short side street that directly leads to the beach. It was just about a 30 second walk to the beach. Very easy even with chairs, cooler, etc. Great stay at Sandpiper in OC, MD!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of space for our family. We have three daughters ages 3, 8, and 10. My mother in law also stayed with us. The convenience of a full kitchen and washer and dryer really came in handy. They provided laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and even detergent for the dishwasher (although we didn’t need to used it). We loved having space in the rear deck to hang wet suits and towels to dry after a day at the beach. The proximity to the beach was our favorite part! It was a quick walk and you were there enjoying the relaxing waves. The owner was quick to answer any questions and met us at the property to check in. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great week in Ocean City! The condo was steps away from the beach. It was clean, quiet, and close to good shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again.
