My family and I enjoyed our stay at Seaside Serenity. The house was clean, inviting, relaxing and Katy thought of everything we might need during our stay! Such a convenience not having to run out to get cleaning supplies, etc. a bonus—we were able to bring our two dogs on vacation with us! Katy was quick to respond to my messages and allowed us to stay an extra day! This was the BEST vacation rental I have stayed in and I plan to return again soon

This stay was one of my most enjoyable. And I travel a lot! The cleanliness and the organization of everything was amazing. It was also appreciated that there were extra consumables available like paper towels, sandwich bags, etc.

Quiet and well kept. We felt like the dogs were not just acceptable but truly welcome. Beautiful location. Everything you could ask for in a vacation rental.

Katy’s place was exactly as described and even better! If you are going to Chincoteague with pups (or without), I highly recommend this place. It was in a great location, super clean, very well equipped, and quiet. We loved everything about it, would definitely go back.

The host was attentive and responsive. The property was well maintained, and the host provided everything you could want or need. The home was well decorated and each amenity was labeled and the organization of items was a genuine plus. Above and beyond.

This is an absolutely lovely house! Every amenity has been attended to, down to the TINIEST detail- and you'll want for nothing! Not to mention how everything is perfectly organized, labeled, and ready for use! Plus, that it's very "dogcentric", from leashes to an outdoor cable run, made it even better. We loved the comfortable bedrooms, screened porch, and the kitchen was chock full of essentials. We would absolutely return to this wonderful property the next time we're in Chincoteague. The only thing we would change is the 9:00 AM check out time, although our lovely host Katy managed to accommodate us with an extra hour. That says so much about how the host of this property cares about their guests! All in all, a wonderful experience staying at Seaside Serenity!

Katy's home is the cleanest, most organized, and welcoming guest home we have ever stayed in. This was our second time here. We love the screeed in back porch with festive lights for the evening and peaceful views of water during the day. There were four of us and there was plenty of room. I love how well equipped the kitchen is. Also not all dog friendly homes are as dog friendly as this one with extra leashes and dishes and toys and even a cover for the couch so we could snuggle. We had a wonderful mini vacation!

We love Chincoteague ❤️ and will return. This was by far the BEST unit we have rented. Katy didnt miss a thing! THANKS SO MUCH!

Highly impressed with the cleanliness upon arrival. The home owner provide every comfot one could imagine. All we really needed was our clothes and food!! Best accommodations ever had in a vacation rental home!!!!

We have stayed here several times and always have a great stay. It is clean, well appointed, and well stocked with necessities. The complex is nice and the pool is great.

This was our second summer visit to this home. We love it! The home has everything you can possibly need for your visit. I love that there are good cooking tools, spices, vinegars and oils so you don’t have to go out and buy every little thing. Everything is very tidy and well organized. The beds are super comfy! We enjoy the screen porch and the pool as well. Communication is easy and prompt with the owner. Thank you for another great stay! Planning on returning next year.

Loved this roomy and super clean vacation property! Proximity to the canal is awesome, we watched birds all week. Loved that the neighborhood is quiet and easy to walk the fog in. The owner was amazingly easy to communicate with and provided tons of organized items for renters to utilize! Would definitely recommend to others and will probably stay here again in the future!

This is my best vacation rental ever. Very clean, has everything you can ever need is there.

Owner is very accommodating. The attention to details by labeling the cabinets in the kitchen makes what could be highly frustrating experience an ease to use. If you are a forgetful traveler, don't worry. She has remembered it and provides it for you!

We had everything we needed for a terrific stay. The first floor bedroom suite was great for our family members who couldn't do a lot of stairs. Our tween loved the bunkbed setup in an upstairs bedroom. The screen porch was a beautiful amenity and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It was a great base for driving to see wildlife and the beach. We look forward to returning!

Great rental for a beach vacation. You don't have to bring anything but yourselves. The host was super accomodating and helped us navigate a challenging situation on our end with kindness and grace. I hightly recommend this rental. The outdoor and indoor spaces are relaxing and renewing.

The house was very well organized. Lot's of supplies provided if needed. The house was modern and comfortable. It was in a close driving location to down town and the main street. Check in and check out process was easy. The owner was in contact with us and friendly. We really liked that. The one thing that we did not like was that the back sliding door does not lock. There is a wooden stick that prevents it from opening fully, but the door still opens a little bit up unti the board. It made me uncomfortable having a door that didn't lock in a house. The back sliding door needs replaced. The sliding wooden fence out back is also hard to open and close to get down the steps. Other than those issues, the house was in good working condition.

This was my wife’s birthday weekend and our first time to Chincoteague. Katy was great in fact she left a bottle of wine for my wife to enjoy for the weekend Her townhouse is perfectly located and very clean and quaint.
