Can’t say enough good things about Triple Play! This is an outstanding rental where the owners have put lots of thought in to the small details. They layout of the home is excellent for families with children with ample room to spread out. The views from the wrap around deck are beautiful throughout the day, but especially in the morning. Location, location, location! This home is located close to the main road and provides easy access to many places to explore. Delicious local restaurants and quaint gift shops make for a fun day. We had a wonderful long weekend and hope to visit again!

Our family took a long weekend vacation to Maggie Valley. The surroundings were outstanding with mountains, galore and wonderful views of nature. The accommodations were fantastic for our large family, and it was wonderful to sit on the road out on the wraparound porch and look at the animals we also enjoyed visiting many of the quaint restaurants in the area. It certainly was a wonderful weekend to relax and enjoy my family and get away from city life I would recommend this spot for anyone who wants a quiet but wonderful location to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet.

The location is great and very simple and easy to get to. The house was excellent, we did not have any issues while we were there.

Triple Play cabin was perfect! There was so much at the cabin for everyone to do that we weren't sad about a little stormy weather and no snow tubing! We are already planning a return next year and hopefully stay longer! Everyday we saw lots of elk! Lots of great restaurants within a few minutes! Joey's Pancake House was delicious and only minutes away. BooJum taproom in Waynesville was fun and food was excellent! Pop Butts on the Creek was great for BBQ and glass blowing on-site! We really hated to leave!

We had a lot of fun in Maggie Valley. The cabin we rented was amazing. My kids loved the game room, hot tub, and huge tv. The location was easily accessible and perfect for our skiing. The house was clean, roomy, and had all of the essentials.

Our family of 12 had a fabulous few days enjoying area snow activities. Hot tub was perfect after days on the slopes. Web photo was probably made long ago. The subdivision is now well-developed, but rear house views are great…overlooks horse farm with two red barns and we had lots of elk come visit! Views are good from two floors! Amenities were great. Pool/ping pong/pac man family made for great family competitions. Wonderful tv in living room, other tvs were nice. Nice fireplace. House is very spacious; well stocked for cooking; great towel supply etc. comfortable furniture to sit/relax. Very nice deck with great furniture Upstairs pullout couch mattress seriously needs replacing! No one in our party could sleep on it (that bad)! Our 24 yo, 6’3” grandson slept on downstairs couch. Other guests have complained, as well. Overall, this is a great rental!

We enjoyed the stay , neighborhood was quiet and close to town . He was clean and large enough for a large crowd to spread out .

Very nice place. Enough room for our crowd. Thought we were staying in "Bonnie View 21" the unit we saw on line when we booked. Mattress on sleeper sofa in loft need to be replaced. Overall, I would recommend

Couple of issues, fireplace didnt work, (manager knew and had a part on order. A mountain rental isnt the same without a fireplace). Cable didnt work in one of the upstairs bedrooms, bed in the basement bedroom had to be replaced as the frame was broken, only one dishwasher pod in the house, an outlet in the living room didnt work behind the loveseat, paint peeling on the ceiling in the main floor bedroom, wall patchwork around the shower in the same room that need to be painted. Other than the few details that need to be resolved, good home in a beautiful location.

We had a great long weekend here. Nice fireplace, hot showers, clean and comfortable beds and bathrooms, a wonderful downstairs area for the kids to have their own space, TVs galore, and a beautiful deck with a clean hot tub overlooking a pasture with horses and elk! We will definitely come back!

This property was perfect for our group of 12. The kitchen, dining, and family room space was large enough for all of us. We had plenty of room for preparing meals. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and updated. The downstairs area was quite a bit cooler than upstairs, but that was perfect for sleeping. The views from the cabin were wonderful, and the location is perfect for skiing or taking walks. The hot tub was also in a nice location for star gazing at night. The kitchen was well stocked. Cabin bathrooms, sheets, etc were clean. Overall a great place for our stay!

Very close to neighbors which made using the hot tub a little uncomfortable. The downstairs is very cold and difficult to warm. The game room In the garage is not heated so if it’s in the winter you will not be able to use it because it’s freezing. We have rented before from owners and not management companies and the houses are stocked much better. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and soap. Tv did not work in one bedroom and shower did not get hot. We had a good family vacation but just wanted people to know what to expect.

The kitchen had everything we needed, washer and dryer worked with no hitches, the cabin was very clean and we had no issues that negatively impacted our stay. Only a few things were a "minor" inconvenience. The listing had a ping pong table, pool table, foosball table and darts for the kids. The pool table was there, but the ping pong top was falling apart and not in good enough shape to put it up. The dart board was also gone. The foosball table was also non operational and messed up. So, regardless, the kids enjoyed playing pool the duration of our stay which they really enjoyed. The shower in the main floor bathroom never got hot water. All the other fixtures and bathrooms had no issue, but this shower got warm at best. The thermostats need to be updated and were very confusing to operate. They also didn't seem to work properly as the temperature never reflected the true feel of the room. Other than these minor things, the cabin was wonderful. The TVs were up to date and very nice. The internet was capable and endured streaming and browsing at the same time! The beds were comfortable and clean. The location was really cool too as it backed up to a pasture. Several mornings we woke up to Elk and/or cows right off the back porch! The kids loved it! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

We had the best time staying at this cabin. Has the best views from the porch and had so much fun feeding the cows. Set up great for a large family. Plenty of space and loved the hot tub. We were close to Cherokee and other local places to hike around. House was clean and kept up well. There were games for us to play along with a super cute game room for kids. We loved the set up and the community the cabin was located in. Neighbors were all nice. We loved it here and cant wait to come back.

The only things we missed was outdoor space to play games like cornhole and wiffle ball. Don't attempt to use one of the vacant lots in the subdivision, there is a stern man who will come from his house and yell at you! We did find a small city park nearby to play outdoor games. One suggestion to the owner is to have a few board games available. The pool and foosball were great, but board games would really make this house perfect. And, a gate wide enough to use on the porch would be helpful for keeping the dogs contained while also letting them hang with us and watch the cows.

We had a great stay in Maggie Valley. The house we rented was perfect for our Group of 12. It is perfectly located between Ashville and Cherokee and we enjoyed some local hikes. Everything was in good working order and the house was clean and easily accessible. I contacted Vicky, the house Manager, twice for minor questions and she was very responsive. I would highly recommend this house and location.

Of all the homes our family has ever rented for vacation, this is the best! This owner goes above and beyond in making sure you have what you need. The appliances are all up to date and so quiet. I wish mine at MY home were this quiet. Our girls really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking the trails nearby and horseback riding in the mountains. We ate breakfast at the table on the porch while looking at the peaceful mountain scenery. The home was clean upon check-in. The kitchen well stocked. The furniture is really nice and beds are comfy. This home is located in an area that is close to so many things you can do and just a couple of minutes away from Joey’s Pancake House which is a must for breakfast. Our family really enjoyed our week there and hated to leave. We will definitely be back!

We booked triple play because of it's location and local amenities....and we pleasantly surprised by all the features and comfort of triple play. The house was amazing, the neighborhood and town were great (we actually saw elk twice!). The owner and manager were so easy to work with, being prompt with check-in information, suggestions on things to do and even fixing a small issue with the disposal within an hour. I highly recommend Triple Play for other family gathers and look forward to going there again.
