Always love staying here!! Location can’t be beat!!

Great property with everything we needed. Kids loved the beach toys and boogie boards. Also had chairs and beach umbrella. The unit was perfect for a family with small kids. Easy checkin and checkout with no extra demands! Just needed to take out the garbage and put the used towels in the shower. We’d love to visit again!

Awesome location!

Glad we found this property! Spent most of the time on the beach or out on the balcony, unit had enough space for 4 adults and 2 children when we were there. Beds, bath, living room, and kitchen as described. Parking was included. Would stay here again if in the area.

All you need for a beach stay with a great location. Communication with the owner was excellent. Perfect for our family of four. I would stay there again.

I officiated a wedding on the west coast and was looking for a place near the beach wedding. This place was perfect, very comfortable beds, clean, and right across from the beach. We enjoyed our time and the place.

This was our first time to this area and we loved it. This is one of the more affordable properties in the area. Several cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely beach just across the street. Walked to the Shell Key Ferry and spent some time on Shell Key. Owner was very informative and responsive.

This place was in a great location! Walking distance to many restaurants and bars! Directly across from the beach! The freebee rides were so convenient and easy to do! The sunsets were amazing from the beach or the common area above the unit! Jeanne was as excellent host! Would definitely recommend this place!

If your looking for an amazing place to stay while your in Pass a Grille...THIS IS IT!!! My favorite thing was the sunset but the beds were all so comfortable and it was SO QUIET!!!

Great find. Perfect location to the beach, restaurants and shoppes. Also, the best dive bar around the corner (Shadracks). Will definitely stay here again.

The condo has an excellent location. It is right next to the beach, with beautiful views from the balcony, and next to several great restaurants. The beach supplies/toys were a great perk for our little ones.

The location is perfect! Just steps from the beach and nice restaurants and shops. The Owner is very pleasant and helpful. She let us to check in earlier because of our early flight. The property is very small and outdated, but has everything you need. We would like come back here again.

The property provided the ideal location to the beach with easy and close access to the beach, local shops and activities. The property's private balcony allowed us to enjoy the beach from a distance and in the shade of the hot sun for part of the day with beautiful views at sunset. We used the kitchen and electric grill which were ideal for the group we had. I'd recommend this to others!

This property is an amazing piece of Pass- a-Grille history right across from the beach! Sunsets galore! This condo unit is possibly the best appointed rental we have stayed in - just bring your personal items & enjoy!! Beds are comfortable, bedding is nice, water pressure is great, so clean, & the kitchen is completely ready to use (these things are not the case everywhere) Jeanne is a wonderful host — so responsive & helpful!! Thanks so much - will be back!!

This is the Second time we have stayed in this unit. We loved the updates she has done! We love that it's just steps to the beach and you have a great view from the upper "balcony" area. Communication with her is so easy and she's quick to respond. When there was a slight issue with the water heater a little late one night, she was so quick to respond and the issue was fixed immediately. We just had to go out and flip a switch up. The unit is clean and has the basics you need for your stay. I personally love the decorations as well. We definitely look forward to coming back and staying in this unit soon.

Very convenient to the beach. Room was small. One bathroom wasn't a problem. Thought the parking was going to be a problem, at the end of the weekend it all worked out. Very short walks to food and nice shopping. We enjoyed the location, local amenities and the area. Felt very comfortable in and around the unit. One word of caution, check the local weather and beach conditions.

The property was nice, the beach is right across the street, there is a restaurant and ice cream shop attached to the building, and is convenient to many other activities in the area. We are a family of 6 so convenience is a huge plus.The property manager was always easy to get ahold of, I only had to contact her before our trip, just to verify on our end everything was good to go. The room was a little dated but that was on the listing and while we were there were other rooms being updated. The room was nice, clean, and spacious regardless. Everyone we ran into was friendly and we did see an updated room that is extremely nice. The only other issue was the parking, which wasn't a huge inconvenience, we had to bring 2 vehicles and there is only 1 parking pass per room. However there are businesses that are open to letting you park in there lots with little to no charge, it didn't cost us anything. The meter rates are ridiculous but you can also purchase a yearly parking pass to park in certain areas for, I think, $15 at the parking pass building, so that is always an option. Overall our stay was incredible and I definitely recommend.

Check in and out was easy. Owner was responsive . Had everything you needed for your home away from home PLUS your beach items. Location was amazing! Look forward to staying at this property in the NEAR future.
