This house was perfect for our family of 8. Our 3 Granddaughters loved the pool as well as the adults.
Kitchen was fully equipped with your every day needs.
John welcomed us in the house and went over everything we needed to know.

Had an absolutely amazing time at the cutest, most well kept property I’ve ever stayed at in Palm Springs. The whole house was exactly as advertised and somehow better. John was quick to reply if we ever needed anything and the overall experience was seamless. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Great for dogs too!

The property was beautiful and well kept. We loved the decor and open floor plan, it was perfect for 8 of us. The one thing I wish it mentioned in the listing is there is no music outside at all and you are not allowed to be outside past 10pm due to noise ordinance. I only found out after I booked in the contract. It wasn’t a huge deal but I wish that part was more transparent. Overall we had a great experience and would go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this incredible home. Super clean, super comfortable and really great style in every part of the house! The kitchen is very well stocked with every cooking/baking/serving device one could imagine. We had an issue with the internet and the very helpful house manager was over to fix it immediately. The outdoor space is super cool as well, especially the zen-like cactus garden with fire pit. The pool was wonderful. The hot tub could use a little upgrading but overall was just fine. I would book this placed again. Thank you, Kenny, for sharing such a great home in wonderful PS!

So lovely. Really it was. Quiet, awesome neighborhood for morning walks, fabulous mid century style, beautiful pool with certain shade in the morning and other in the afternoon, more than enough room, well stocked with your needs and more, incredible views of the mountains, on and on. Loved it!

The beautiful property is situated on a unique corner lot that gives the pool and outdoor area plenty of areas to layout for appreciating the mountain views from all angles. The fire pit area is serene and extremely peaceful. The home is well stocked and well labeled, making for an easy stay. Beautifully designed inside and out. Kenny, the property manager, was prompt and responsive resulting in easy check-in and check-out. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Indian Canyons is a hidden gem for Palm Springs -- close to town but great walkable location, amazing views, and palm trees, palm trees, palm trees. Kenny is a great manager and keeps all his properties in great shape. This property has an amazing outdoor space, feels fun and Palm Springs inside, and exceeded all my expectations.

Perfect Palm Springs Stay
This property exceeded all of our expectations. The photos don’t do this place justice. The pool was perfect and the outdoor fire pit made for a great weekend with friends. The neighborhood was beautiful and made for some gorgeous twilight walks, yet was very easily accessible to downtown. Kenny was super responsive and helpful. The property is strict based on city ordinances, but it didn’t impact our stay at all. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home, amazing property
Overall, the property is really beautiful and looks better in person than it does in pictures. The neighborhood is gorgeous and Palm Springs is so small that everything is just a short ride away. The landscaping is truly amazing. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the shared space is very cozy.
There is a lot of paperwork to complete after booking, so just be prepared for that. I could have done without the blatant unfriendliness from the property manager.

WOW, WOW, this place is so fantastic! The house is beautiful, the decor is an amazing mix of modern and vintage midcentury, spotless clean, pool and backyard is phenomenal! The attention to detail is like no other I have stayed at rentals. Everything you could need is perfectly labeled, house manual...wow kudos to whomever made that manual! I have never ever stayed at rental that was so meticulous for a renters needs. The kitchen was more stocked than my own! I mean high quality items in the kitchen. This is one top of the line place! Andrew met us there when we arrived and explained everything in detail and was easily reached by text. The neighborhood is gorgeous, perfect location. Definitely will stay again, SOOOOO awesome.

Lovely House
This is a lovely house with a beautiful yard and pool. Also on a lovely street in Indian Canyon neighborhood, nice mile walk to Ace Hotel/cool coffee place. We brought our teenage boys, couldn't have been nicer, Kenny was very helpful/responsive, highly recommend!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay
This house is beautiful, clean, and in the best neighborhood in Palm Springs. We had the best time hanging by the pool, making family dinners, and getting some much needed R&R. We had a minor plumbing issue but they sent someone out in a timely manner to fix it. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Phenomenal Family Getaway!
Our family was looking for a warm, winter getaway to do some relaxing and hiking in Joshua Tree NP and this was the perfect location. The house was everything we could have asked for and more. Loved the pool, hot tub and fire pit! We used them all everyday. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant and friendly. Located near many great restaurants, downtown Palm Springs and tons of golf. Kenny was easy and efficient to deal with. We will not hesitate to go back. Highly recommend!

We come to PS at least once a year from LA. This is easily the nicest house and property we have stayed in. Great communication with manager. Super well equipped kitchen, which is a rarity. Top end electronics. All the little things are done perfectly. Highly recommended.

50th birthday girls weekend
This is an amazing house and it's beautifully appointed. We needed nothing during our stay. We enjoyed the firepit, the pool and the hot tub. The beds are very comfortable, lots of towels for bathing and for the pool. Very quiet neighborhood. The property manager could not have been more helpful - checkin, recommendations - it was all perfect! Can't wait to come back.

Not much to add beyond the title. This property is very well done and well-appointed, with everything you need to spend all day hanging out in the pool. At the same time, it is conveniently located to allow you to take advantage of anything Palm Springs and the desert have to offer. The process is easy and Kenny is responsive and will make sure you have whatever you need. Highly recommend this property and Dry Heat Resorts.
