The kids love the swimming pool. Quiet hotel suitable for family vacation

The location is 4km from the center but we took a private car so it wasn't a problem

The location was quiet. The pools looked nice.

They called to say the room with sea view I booked was full although the hotel was almost empty. Was moved to a mountain view room, but the room was behind the hotel sign and had to lean out to see part of a mountain. There were hairs in the bed, the bathroom was not clean, the shower gel had been used by a previous guest and not changed. The TV didn't work and when we asked them to fix it we were told if we're not happy we can check out, at 10,30pm???? The safe had no batteries to be able to lock things away safely. Breakfast was really bad, some fake juices, and the eggs we ordered as buffet was not available, had some strange blue colour on them, I asked for them to be changed, the cook sent back the plate and an excuse rather than re cooking them, only when I told them again to change it did they, and there were only 3 other people in the restaurant. Paid for the room in cash, was given the wrong change, no drinks in mini bar, rather a drinks machine in reception. Listed as 5 stars, 2 would be more accurate, I've stayed in many of Nha trangs hotels and sadly this was the worst of them all

I like the quietness at ORBIT, the space is cool and comfortable, the staff is very enthusiastic and happy, dedicated to helping customers.

A newer hotel in a quiet neighborhood south of the city. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the king bed was perfect. Staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to help with requests.

luckily, the center of Nha Trang was a short taxi ride away and the staff was helpful in ordering taxis and explaining to drivers where we wished to go.

no restraunt, no bar, no store near by. the location appears to be a high end neighbour with a few derelict buildings. staff need better training

It is a cheap place for budgetary trip

Breakfast was not good. Staff mostly don't speak English. Wifi is poor and always been disrupted. A lot of wild grass and bushes around hotel (I suspect that this is not their territory)
