Such a wonderful place just steps from the base of Cranmoe Mountain. Many amenities close by. The home itself was so cozy and welcoming. The property manager Barbara was super helpful and kept me up to date regarding the check in and check out process. She even kept me up to date on the weather and offered alternative choices to our plans because they were canceled due to the weather. Will definitely look into staying here again.

My husband and I visited Blue Spruce cabin for a little get away with my mother in law and our little shih-tzu dog. We had always wanted to visit N Conway and this cabin was perfect for the three of us. (I hope to come back for another get away soon!) It was beautiful and cozy, with plenty of space. It was close to town and Cranmore Mt. Property manager contacted me with helpful details before we arrived and was immediately available when I had to make a quick call to her. Everything was clean and new. There were great recommendations in the guest book for restaurants, attractions, etc. there were games for a rainy day. We could not have asked for a better property.

We had a nice week at this beautiful house. It has a great location at Cranmore and close to many activities. The place worked great for our small family and was equipped with everything that was needed. Barbara was excellent to deal with and made sure that we had everything and checked on us to make sure we were settled in after arrival. I would definitely recommend this home for future stays.

My family of 5, plus our dog, stayed in this home for a week. The location is excellent, and the home was rustic and comfortable. I noticed other reviews mention the lack of privacy between the other cabins. We did not have an issue with this. Barbara, the property manager was wonderful to deal with! I would recommend staying here.

This was one of our stops on our New England road trip. Great house. Very roomy for the four of us. Great kitchen. Great location. Loved the log cabin feel inside. Close to downtown which was nice.

We loved the location of this home - walking distance to just about anything - town, shopping, skiing, hiking, mountain biking. It is in a little neighborhood of similar homes built very close to one another with limited parking. Property manager was very helpful finding us an additional space. She was also very responsive and accommodating. Bring toiletries as only hand soap was provided. Also consider bringing extra towels. One towel per person is provided and we were short one. House was very clean but beds were not made on arrival. Also, downstairs shower and upstairs bathroom sink are very slow to drain - this has been reported to the manager and will hopefully be resolved. We would stay here again!

Great location!! This is a nice centrally located home with access to skiing, hiking, mountain biking, shopping, restaurants - all within walking distance. As mentioned in prior comments, it is one of a cluster of similar homes close together with limited parking. It was not a problem for us as the homes around us were unoccupied but I could see where it might get tight. The home itself is very nice and comfortable. Be sure to bring soap/shampoo as only hand and dish soap were provided. And, extra towels as only one bath towel per person was provided. Communication with property manager was excellent and they were very accommodating. We would stay here again during any season!

The house came exactly as advertised- it was clean and nicely updated. The property manager and owner were both super quick to respond to every email and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The home is very close to Cranmore mountain. The entire family had a great stay and we would certainly stay in the unit in the future when visiting the area. I highly recommend this property!

My wife and I, our toddler, and our lab Maverick had a great stay at Blue Spruce. You can see the slopes of Cranmore from the loft. Dog friendly with a few standard restrictions, this place really has that cabin feel. Easy access to skiing, shopping and hiking, their welcome book has some great tips on restaurants, and hikes as well. We would recommend, and stay again, maybe for a ski trip next time. Barb was very attentive and great to work with. Thanks for sharing your home.

We chose this home so we could play games and talk and have a beautiful space to do it in. We are 6 women who have been friends since elementary school, over 55 years! We got all we could have asked for. This home is beautiful and very well maintained and Barbara Gifford does a fantastic job of managing the property! We had everything we needed to access the home and when we lost internet she got with the owners to guide us to the internet router, so I could reboot it. Don't hesitate to stay in this beautiful home!!!

The place was clean. The manager called us on the way up to tell us the place would be available early. Communications with the manager was great. Great for the 2 kids and 2 dogs we had with us.

Beautiful and spacious cabin right at the base of Cranmore, close to everything downtown but still far enough away to make you remember you’re in the mountains. Comfortable, clean beds and extremely friendly owners. Looking forward to coming back up!

Really nice place. It worked well with 6 adults. Nice location within walking distance of Cranmore Mountain and not too long of a walk to to the main strip where we went for dinner. Had a property manager assigned that was easily accessible and very accommodating. Definitely on our list for a future stay.

Our stay here was delayed due to a wide spread power outage in the area but the property manager was in constant contact with updates. The property is very nice, comfortable, clean and in a great area. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Before our trip we heard from Barbara, the property manager. She was nice enough offered early check-in. Off to a good start. When we arrived at the property we were a little disappointed that the cabins were so close together (for instance if you open the blinds in the bedroom you'll be looking at the cabins behind you and the people on their porch), only view in front is another cabin. Totally our fault for not asking before we rented. The cabin itself is cute, nicely furnished and only a couple of years old I believe. Convenient location too.Now the bad, the place was very very dirty! We have been renting in North Conway for the past 10 years (at least) and have never come across a place so dirty. I have never ever had to write such a negative review. This description is no exaggeration and let me say that during the Covid-19 situation I'm appalled that the place wasn't spotless and sanitized. The stove top was greasy, with crumbs. Microwave was dirty. Counters so bad it took 3-4 paper towels to wipe clean. We were sticking to kitchen floor. Drips all down the refrigerator. Under one of the beds there were wrappers, batteries and one of the bath mats upstairs had a hole in it. There were also random long hairs on some of the bed sheets. The futon had crumbs, stains and fur on it. We contacted Barbara within an hour of checking in and sent her pictures. Her response was "oh I was there and there was a big problem with the sink before you got there I had such a mess to clean up, I cleaned the stove myself...etc" then she said she would call the owner. She called us back an hour or so later and told us we could find somewhere else to stay if we wanted and get a refund. We called 3-4 places and couldn't get anything for the 4 of us (I mean it was 4th of July weekend). Although we did appreciate the offer. I spent a good 1-1/2 -2 hours cleaning before I could begin to feel comfortable. I took lots of pictures and videos to document it all and I can provide them. Unfortunately there is no place here to do so. Lisa

Just finished up a stay at Blue Spruce and absolutely loved it. Awesome wooden cabin feel inside with great decorations. Owner and local property manager great and very responsive. Can’t wait to go back.

This cabin was the most beautiful place i have stayed. If i could move in permanently, i would. The detail that went into the aesthetics of the building is unparalleled. To say that I enjoyed the visit would be an understatement (oh, and my boyfriend and the dog did as well 🤣). If we come up to the north Conway area in the future, I'd definitely want to stay here again. Book it, you'll have zero regrets 😁.

Had a great long weekend with friends at this cabin. Restaurants and stores close by. Our children had a great time at Storyland Land. Cabin exceeded our expectations.

We stayed in the house for a quick post-labor day weekend away with our 4 kids. The cabin was so charming and clean and the location was key- so close to town and the base of Cranmore! Everything we needed was there we would love to stay st this cabin again some day!
