This is the second year we have stayed here and we plan to go back again! Pam and Allen are easy to reach out to and helped us out very quickly! The house is always super clean and the beds are EXTREMELY comfortable! If you need somewhere to stay whether for a Speedway event or and Indianapolis event, stay here!

We had a group of 14. We drove from Texas and arrived to the property where we were greeted by the host. Property was clean and welcoming. Location was convenient to shopping and downtown.

We were in town for a family funeral. This property was perfect for us so that our family coming in town for the funeral could stay together. We had adequate space and it was within walking distance of several restaurants on Main Street - weather permitting. Whenever we come back in town, we will definitely use this property if available. Communication was great as well.

We had a team come in for rowing at Eagle Creek and this place was perfect. Close to the water, airport and speedway. We could walk to shops, dining, and the neighborhood was quiet and off the main road. Pam was a wonderful host with great suggestions and there for anything we needed. Thank you!!

This house was amazing! It's alot bigger on the inside then it looks on the outside. The people were so easy to get in touch with and replied so fast. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

From the outside you would never believe it but this house is well suited for large groups. They have four separate rooms with many bedding options. The main part of the house is a wonder large open space that flows from the kitchen through the dinning room and into the living room. The outside has multiple porch and deck options with a good sized yard for being in town. Old house charm with modern amenities.

It was great stay and the host was very helpful. There was a minor annoyance with no bath soap or shower gel/body wash in the house. We made a quick trip to Walmart and got the bath soaps

Great house for our crew to stay.. pretty much used the house to rest and clean up... Great location and neighborhood. Pam the Property manager was very accessible and helpful for and questions we had. Will use this house again if available.

It looks small when you drive up but the house has tons of space! This was the most “move in ready” VRBO I have stayed in. I have a whole box of dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, waste bags, basic spices etc that I always bring on vacation and I didn’t need any of it. Even with a large adult group for a week. The kitchen has matching, quality dish ware and quality cooking supplies. All the basics are there and ready! We had a house full of adults for 8 days and ate almost all of our meals on the lovely deck. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. The only improvement I would recommend is for families that include elderly or less stable adults. The bathroom on the main floor has one bathroom with a claw foot tub that is on blocks. There is no grab bar. The other bathrooms are probably safer but require up and down stairs. We had three grandparents in their 70-80s but with a little help they did well. Just be aware. The location is on a main road but was very quiet. We felt very safe. Kroger is nearby. The Speedway and a cute little Main Street are a block away. The property manager was immediately available and resolved the one small issue I had very quickly.

I am puzzled that there are towels, hair shampoo/conditioner combo, conditioner separately, but no soap/gel for shower?

This is the second year we have stayed at this location and it was great both times. Plenty of rooms/beds to accommodate our what we needed.

The only issues are.. I didn't receive check in code,sent message no response. Called evolve got info. Only bathroom on main floor no running water in sink. Not sanitary especially after using bathroom. Allen came out and checked ot said pipes were frozen. They were frozen all weekend. Basement TV not working. Again Allen came and assisted. Cleanliness not that great.

This house was a great accommodation for a family traveling to Indianapolis for a wedding. Check-in was easy. We appreciated having a driveway. There were enough beds to accommodate my family. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was the thermostat which was fine because the house was nice a warm. Our DC blood was not prepared for the Indiana windy cold. Lots of blankets and pillows. We didn’t find the box of toilet paper until after a trip to Walmart. Overall, great house! Thank you for hosting my family.

Nice layout with a full bathroom on each floor, however the upstairs and basement shower stalls were a little on the small side. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had adequate supplies. The host/manager was quick to answer our email and help with minor issues we had that were resolved quickly. Location is very central and easy access to the nearby highway. We’d definitely stay here again If we’re in the area

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at this rental property. The house is conveniently arranged so we could separate the boys and girls in our FFA group. Boys in the basement, girls upstairs, with the 2 advisors on the main floor. Everything was clean. We hope to stay again in the future!

Walking into the home everything set up nicely not staged very nice to have extra room to walk around without being in the way the bedrooms perfect & spacious even the kitchen the host walked through with us and answered all questions I appreciated the 3 bathrooms as that was a plus as well as the deck what a great staying experience would highly recommend to my friends & family.

The property was very clean—we didn’t even notice any dust. It smells clean and it’s obvious that the bathrooms were thoroughly clean before we got there. The beds are as comfortable as those I’ve slept on in luxury hotels. The property manager Pam is lovely and called me to let me know we’d left behind an item (of significant value)and graciously waited for us to come back for it. Nice, safe neighborhood and definitely walking distance to the speedway.

Excellent house. Every request I had the property manager made it happen. Great location and plenty on room with all queen and king beads. Perfect for the weekend with out of town customers. Would definitely rent again next year.

This property is perfectly arranged for a large group. The space if divided up yet doesn't feel cramped. We experienced a problem with the hot water heater and the property managers expediently and expertly dealt with the situation. I would whole heartily recommend staying at this property

Stayed here for the College Football Playoff Championship. Great location, close to downtown, lots of beds. Very convenient for a group of 12. Go Dawgs!

The house was in a great location. Make sure to check your email for the code before you get there. Everything was clean. It was within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Not sure how they fit SO much house on this cute little property, but they SURE did! Great neighborhood! Super clean and cozy little place. You will LOVE IT!

This was an AMAZING property! Super clean! Close to everything in Indianapolis. Great neighborhood and lots of practical use of space! Hope to stay here again!

Our stay was pleasant in Indianapolis. But the house needs major clean up. Basement bathroom has lots of mold in the shower, floors were very dirty (I have pictures), stove had grease, dirty windows frames and doors. House was not sanitized. Closets had random storage items. Location was very convenient.
