We had no hot water in our room. The water temp got a cold “lukewarm” at best. We were there during cold weather and so were unable to take a shower.

It is a beautiful place, it has the nicest view. my cabin was very cozy and comfortable. the place is incredible!

Our stay was great! we had the pool all to ourselves. the bed was comfy. Thankfully they had an AC unit in the room because it was quite hot outside so the room cooled up pretty fast. The staff was really helpful! Would definitely stay here again :)

it has a jacuzzi.

there is no reception, they had a water pump that was too loud at night and we made a reservation for 3 but there was only 1 bed and sofa was super uncomfortable

I truly liked the room and the hotel is super clean

I did not like the sofa for the third person, it was very uncomfortable and it made just too many noises at night even though my daughter is not overweight. I didn’t like the fact that no one was there if we needed something during our stay. Luckily a lady arrived at the same time we did and gave us the code and extra towels, she did say she was really not the person in charge. I don’t know if I would stay there again at my own risk. The pool super dirty :(

Everything was great. The people working there very attentive and nice. Very helpful and accommodating. Anything you need they made sure to get it for you.

Maybe have a front desk it would make it easier for checking in. More of a suggestion than a dislike. Other than that we had a great time.

The property was great! It was pet friendly and parking was very close to the room. The jacuzzi and pool were so beautiful and the set up for a fire was also great. the view on top of the room was wonderful and I liked that wine glasses and small fridge were provided.

We did have some issues with getting hot water and the bugs did come out at night.

I loved the patio and the upper deck! The complimentary wine glasses in the room. The views. Dog friendly! Very calm and relaxing place to stay. The location was great. Not too far off the beaten path and relatively close to every winery we went to. There's a small cute restaurant just on the other side of us where we had breakfast one morning. Yummy. We ran into the owner and he was very enthusiastic, nice guy. He gave great recommendations on where to eat

We ran out of water so we weren't able to flush the toilets or shower. It must have happened just before going out to dinner. We just assumed the pressure got low. Didn't realize there was a water reservoir for each place. We didn't fully notice until the morning that we were out-out of water. We had to run to the next door hotel to use their public pool restroom. We had a reservation to make that morning so we left before we could find anybody to tell. They did come and fill it later in the day though. The housekeeper didn't come with new towels or sheets. I found later there was miscommunication on her end! She got our stay dates wrong. She apologized profusely and i told her really didn't mind <3 The jacuzzi was a little... swampy looking. We were there for 3 nights and on our first night we noticed two couples using it day AND night so I'm going to assume it was them and their sunscreen or something.. They also broke a wine glass right as the maintenance man walked by one our first night and he didn't say anything about it. The couple didn't clean it up... we saw it still there shattered two mornings later.. I thought that was kind of weird.

I fall in love with this place. Really clean, the room and bathroom have a good size, and you have your own rooftop so you can see the sunset.

Shower didn’t have hot water

The location is very good. It is in the middle of wine country. It is very quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable.

1. There was no hot water for showers! we had to call the attendant to come turn the heater on and it was turned off before nighttime so showering at night was impossible. 2. No restaurants around the area but driving distance away 3. The pool is not heated and only one small hot tub was open (the other one not heated) 4. Nobody there at night to supervise the hotel!

It rained a day before and it was a bit difficult to get there with the muddy roads.
