Very nice property with everything you need and brilliant location. BOB is at hand anytime to help with anything you need...if ever back in Gibralter will definitely look Bob up for his place..5 star 🌟

A lovely studio apartment in a great location. Sandy Bay is a fabulous beach on the Eastern side of the Rock. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds and a great shower plus a balcony to watch the sun come up and go down. Even saw dolphins just outside the breakwater from the balcony. This was a return to Gib, where we met 40 years ago, and we had the best time. Would recommend the apartment. Thanks Bob

Great location, bus stop is not much of a walk, was allowed to drop our bags off before check in time which was a bonus fantasic wine when we did check in. Will definitely come again

Great location 2nd time staying here. My favourite location to stay in Gibraltar. Nice views overlooking Sandy Bay. As always Bob makes the stay as easy and as comfortable as possible, always reachable, if needed. Thanks Bob ✨️

The place wasn't the easiest to find but as long as you follow the steps in the welcome pack you are provided it's no problem. Host was very welcoming, even provided a bottle of white wine for when we got in. The views from the balcony are stunning in the morning. Was a good place to stay having access to a motorcycle but it's worth noting you will have to bring change home if you want to get the bus in the morning. There where a few things that could have been better like providing something to clean dishes and mugs with and having instructions to where to empty the bin. There was a few broken things in the apartment like the bedside draws and the bathroom sink plug

Sandy Bay is our favourite place to stay in Gibraltar and Bob's place, with it's balcony overlooking the beach did not disappoint. We slept with the door open, listening to the sound of the waves, woke to amazing sunrises and breakfast on the balcony. It was so relaxing! The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and nicely furnished. We cooked most of our meals there. The bus stop is nearby, we used it every day, it's regular and very cheap! It's not far to walk into town either. We had some lovely days out and returned in the evening to the balcony with a glass of wine ( thanks Bob! ) to watch the sun go down.

From start to finish the holiday was excellent. Was in touch with Bob, and on arrival found a nice cold bottle of wine in the fridge, went down a treat to end the first day there. The apartment was what it said in the advert, and the view from the balcony was excellent. The sea was calm and refreshing. The area felt very safe. Nice walk into town or a bus into town take your pick. Even got married in Gibraltar whilst we were there, it was planned before we left, so it made the holiday even more special. Looking forward to going back next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from me.
