My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The location is within walking distance to everything and the cottage was cozy.

The property was very clean. The bed was comfortable and we liked the amenities. We were there for a 2 night get away. Would definitely recommend. Was small but didn’t need a lot of space.

The location and parking situation definitely wasn't what we were expecting nor adequate. We had 2 small dogs. Related to the fact that the only small area of grass (maybe 8x3) around is located next to this cottage we had several others in the area toileting their dogs there.
The inside of the cottage was clean. Very small bathroom and shower. Little challenging.
Will not stay here again.

My husband I enjoyed our weekend away. We hadn’t been to Eureka Springs in almost 20 yrs. Quick walk for some meals. Steep downhill walk to Main Street but we managed just fine getting back up and easier than finding parking downtown. Tiny bathroom but very quaint cottage. Would stay again and recommend to others.

House was smaller than expected especially in the bathroom. Toilet was too low and very close to wall. But loved the cottage decor. Everything else was great. Would stay there again if the toilet was a handicap style

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I to relax for the weekend. Perfect location, clean, quaint, and quiet! Great outdoor seating and I cannot say enough about the host! Never waited more than 10 minutes for a response to a message. So easy! Thank you Joe!! Your hospitality shines!!

Very cute. Very clean. Provided all the necessities. Including coffee. Needs a little upkeep. Shower is tight, but as a plus size person it was not a problem. Water pressure was great. Very nice air b&b. Thank you.

Was easy to locate, just the right size for a couple. Everything was nice and neat. Little tight parking spot, but that’s normal for the area, really enjoyed this property. Would definitely stay again.

It was perfect for our needs and fit our budget.
It is on the side of a relatively busy street with a fair amount of road noise. My wife and I are pretty sound sleepers, so it wasn't a big deal for us. The only other downside might be the size of the bathroom. It would be a challenge for someone of larger presence. Again, not a big deal for us, being of lean build. Overall, my wife loved the quaintness of the place, and we would surely stay there again.

This property was comfortable for 2 people. We cooked some meals in, it has a fully equipped kitchen. Our dog accompanied us, which was nice.

The only thing is that it is very close to a busy road. They do allow dogs so this was a little difficult for walking our dog.

I was looking for a small place in Eureka Springs, quiet and close to downtown, to get away for a few days with my dog. This place couldn’t have been more perfect. Left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and I look forward to another visit here soon.

Small cottage with bedroom, bathroom And kitchen. Good: great tv channels available , full kitchen: very cold refrigerator, great A/C, good bed, good linens, everything you need to cook, nice patio. Not so great: only 10 feet from street which is busy at times; so traffic noise, sits on small lot in front of apartment
Building so front door looks out to parked cars. Parking is OK unless you had a monster pick up. No street parking.

Close to down town , the walk is short but the hill is tuff if your not use to doing that kind of stuff . parking is for small vehicles, and only enough room for one , so if meeting someone there may need to make arrangements, but overall great place😊
