The location is good. Near all the places we want to visit. Has all the kitchenware you would need for cooking.
The owner was late to sent an email giving permission about us and it made it difficult for the caretaker as she cannot sign in. Its a good thing the people at the lobby is nice and also the caretaker. Ate Venus is really a good person. My kuya at kids really enjoy the place and appreciate ate Venus.

Super helpful si Ate Venus at yung unit owner reponsive. Sobrang nag 3njoy kami sa pag-stay sa place.

It was near the location where my husband will have his event.
The room is not so pricey for 2,650 pesos.
The parking space is very far from the Tower 4 where our room is located. They said there is shuttle but it's not available.
Also, our reservation is for 4 persons but there were only 2 towels and 2 "kumot"/ bedsheet. There were no bathroom tissue at all or even a single bottled water.

When we arrived there are 3 elevators but only one is worrking. So the travellers fall in line for about 15-20mins 😂

thank you so much, we really enjoyed our staycation. The Ambiance and the location view was really awesome. It's perfect for family bonds. Hope that our next staycation have a balcony :) but overall it's really good . Thank you SMDC WIND Residence #2003

Safe due to guards roaming around. also close distant to malls and coffee shops
TV is not that clear. i prefer TV with Netflix as we were planning to do movie night however it’s cool. i just connected HDMI to my Macbook.

Transaction is smooth and Ate Venus is very kind tho we didn't really had to cantact her from time to time coz everything is there already. Supermarket is walking distance, internet is fast, bed is soft and spacious (very good for 2 people) and mos inportantly, room is clean. Really love our stay. Will book again!

I like everything there. We got the hotel for cheapest price so i can't say that we have didn't like there we are planning to comeback soon. The stuff and people in Tagaytay are very friendly.

The staffs and the owner is very accomodating
There is no sofa in the living room, the beds was a sofa bed with foam on the top. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in.
