Fantastic location in the center of Épernay; way exceeded our expectations. The house is huge, tastefully renovated to a very high standard while still retaining original features. Very comfortable and ideal for a group as the 3 bathrooms are all large and have great showers. The beds are very comfortable and the house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, coffee pot, kettle and some essentials such as salt, pepper, washing up liquid, dishwasher Tabs etc. I would definitely return.

The house was absolutely stunning, was in the perfect location in central Epernay and had everything we required. Highly recommend.

Very central location in Epernay - shops, restaurants, bars right on the doorstep. 5 minutes walk to Ave de Champagne. Very large house; various sitting areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen/diner - all large.

Location can be quite noisy at night (town centre). No air-con (fans were supplied in bedrooms, which was helpful). Bathrooms are a bit out-of-date but functionally ok.

The worst thing were originally white towels -now yellow, were really stinking. All of them, like when you wash them quickly on 30 degrees and you do not dry them. No soap anywhere. Full garbage basket. Kitchen was not clean before our arrival. Lock on the main door did not work. Parking place was not marked, we had to park in the city. Never more again.

Very comfortable house in the city centre of Epernay. the house was spacious and clean with a nice historic ambience and comfortable beds. Clear and friendly communication on the keys and questions we had.

beautifully restored 300 year old villa with completely modernized conveniences. bedrooms all spacious and wonderfully comfortable. kitchen well equipped and located most conveniently near center of town. owner and family are the nicest hosts. would absolutely return for a longer stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in the house! First of all, the house is just HUGE (seriously, you can play hide-and-seek there). It is clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is good equipped. The house can offer much more than is described on Booking.com page: baby stuff (pot, toys, highchair), iron, hairdryer etc. Dominique was very friendly and responded to our messages in a quick and professional manner.

The only thing is that there are no airco in the house - for us this was quite important because there was +37 outside (as I understood, it is not typical for Epernay). But this problem was solved by electric fans in sleeping rooms.

The house is located in the centre of Epernay, close to the Avenue de Champagne. The accomodation is spacious with no other guests than your group. The 3 bathrooms are a big plus, especially when you are with a group of girls ;)
