Maria and Ivo have blessed traveler’s with this gem, right in the heart of Melbourne. The location couldn’t be better - central and with the tram stop right on your doorstep and everything you need within reach. The apartment itself is clean, stocked with everything you need and is more than comfortable. Though you are right in the city with a beautiful balcony view of the skyline, there is no noise from outside. We have stayed before, and we will stay every time we return to Melbourne in the future. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!

Excellent location, friendly and flexible host (thanks Maria). It was a home away from home with absolutely everything we could need already thought of. We appreciated the attention to detail. Would definitely stay here again.

The main bed was very firm, but apart from that, everything was fantastic.

Superb location, very well equipped, comfortable beds, pristine. Maria has taken the time to put together a fabulous informative folder with up to date information with maps and leaflets on the area that made our stay perfect. Thank you!

Central location, good layout (perfect for a couple with two small kids), well equipped, nice balcony, everything just worked well.

Beds in the spare bedroom were too soft for my taste, but I didn't sleep there and my daughter liked it, so no complaints. It is difficult to get fresh air into the apartment as the balcony door is the only option. There is ventilation and air conditioning inside, so this is also no biggie.

Location was great. Very quiet. Easy check in.

The apartment was well set out and comfortable for our family.

The hallway in the apartment block was very hot and stuffy.

The location was fantastic, we walked back from the MCG and to just about every corner in the city to try different restaurants.

Amenities were fantastic, but could have done with a little carton of milk in the fridge. Not a complaint - we have none - but a suggestion :)

Dicky key and no fly screen on sliding door so you can't keep it open in the summer. Also, no soap available. Hard to find where to put the rubbish - note on the bin in the apartment said in the foyer, and we finally found it through a door from the foyer then round a corner. We think with the fee paid for the apartment ($450 for two nights) that the guests should not be asked to take the garbage out

Clean and quiet

There were no shampoo and conditioner.

A wonderful location and sparkling clean. The apartment was at up with everything you could possibly need.

Location location location. Serves every basic needs for a small family with 2 young kids. Good hygiene. Everything is very clean. Even have a bath tub to relax and a mini safe to lock up your valuables if needed. Overall very happy with the place. The sandwich place downstairs is good. The cheese tart nearby is to-die-for!

The springy beds but no big deal. The bed and sheets are clean. That's more important!

Close to everything Well stocked Clean and neat

Location ,cleanliness, mostly quiet, complementarity coffee, tea, cereal, access to restaurants and the theatre precinct, transport to and from the airport was easy.

Homeless people sleeping close by and the smell of garbage when leaving the building was quite strong, or maybe thats just the Melbourne smell , it seems to be not just isolated to the area surrounding the facility. There was some quite loud corridor noise coming from other guests coming and going on our second night , but other than that it was mostly quiet considering we were in the CBD.
