However, we booked Casa Anita and of course, the pictures looked great.Communication with staff before the trip was great.We arrived at night and the home was perfect for us. The place is clean, beds comfortable, and the pool is great!We enjoy cooking and the kitchen had enough pots, pans, cups, etc.Sitting by the pool in the a.m. watching the sunrise was amazing.Casa Anita has a very nice and private yard on a quiet street away from the noise of town (even though there is not much noise in Puerto Morelos overall).The staff was great, friendly, and were very helpful.This home is not cheap but compared to other places and cities we've staying from Playa to Tulum, this is clean and comfortable.We had 2 bikes and they were great for heading into town, quick trip to the store, etc.Our kids loved that we had a pool and they enjoyed the private yard where we could have some downtime, swim, read, and play futbol.We will for sure come back to Casa Anita!

The house is perfect, clean, everything you need, privacy and secure. Kids loved the pool. Beach clubs Unico and Dive(?) very close and walkable. As is Dive with Ruben. Easy check in, perfect communication. I would recommend this home and any rental through Abbey Del Sol.

This house was perfect for our family of four. The house was well equipped, and the pool was fantastic. It was a long walk to downtown, but we enjoyed it. We highly recommend this place for those visiting Puerto Morelos.

We loved our stay at Casa Anita! The house is everything described and more! The pool and yard are beautiful and well cared for. The location is on a quiet street, just on block from the beach. There are a couple of beach clubs right there where you can rent chairs with umbrellas for around 250 pesos or 14-15 USD. We also loved being just a short walk or bike ride to so many eateries! We will be back for sure!

We loved everything about it. A great family getaway. I’d have no hesitation recommending this to family and friends. The property was like a self-contained paradise. It was well kept and just so beautiful. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed (including a well equipped kitchen). We love the aesthetic value of the home. We love the added space in the lush garden and the covered porch. We got stuck with some rainy days, and to have all of this space makes a difference if you can't get out on the beach as much. And this end of town is very quiet as well but just a block or so to the beach. I will miss sitting out by the pool looking out at the garden each night... The house had everything we needed for two adults and two pre-teens. We self-catered two meals a day and never lacked for cooking gear. The house was a delight from the moment we first saw it. As pictured and better.

As for service, the Mariela and the folks she works with are grand. She was easy to reach by WhatsApp and in the office starting days before our visit.

The only thing to be aware of is that you're at the far end of town, so it's a 20 minute walk into the center. We will rent two extra bikes for the week next time we're in town to cut down on hot walks in the sun!

The bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds and plenty of closet space and hangers. The bathrooms were large too and had beautiful Mexican sinks and tile. The kitchen/dining/living space was not that large but was certainly enough for the 2 of us. The kitchen was well supplied and the living room furniture was new and comfortable. The tv was new and if you wanted to watch tv you could get 413 different USA channels! The wifi was strong and fine for our needs. What was the best, though, was the outside space. A lovely pool area with new lounge chairs plus a table with 4 chairs plus a stunning side yard filled with beautiful plants and trees and more lounge chairs to sit in the shade. The pool is not heated but in March with the sun shining on it all day, the water was a very comfortable temperature. There was a family of iguanas who lived in the yard that we saw daily and many, many birds that we watched and listened to for hours. Even a coatimundi made an appereance once or twice. Because the yard and pool area were so lovely, we never even went to the beach club which was just 2 blocks away. The breezes that came into the backyard were just heavenly on the hot days we had. There were 2 bikes to use if you didn’t want to walk the 6-8 blocks into town for shopping or eating. The staff at Abbey Del Sol was right across the street to answer questions, bring more water, etc. The house was cleaned twice while we were there and the yard and pool were maintained frequently. Having our own pool was fantastic and we spent most of our days lounging by it. The furniture and the bed was so comfortable and having a few bikes at our disposal was fun for a few rides around town. It was also nice and quite at night. One of the best things was that the side yard garden. It was so pleasant and a haven for some of the local birds. We would lounge in the pool and listen to the bird song every afternoon. The property was well maintained, the house was spacious (could easily fit two couples), the kitchen was well stocked with appliances/gadgets, and the pool was perfect. We used the bikes to get into town or did the easy15 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the grocery store. The location is at the far end of town so it’s quiet and feels safe. We booked our airport transportation through Abbey del Sol so that made it easy when we showed up. They also gave us suggestions on cenote tours and helped set up the taxi ride to Zapote Cenote. We had a great time!
