This property is perfect if you aren’t renting a car and want to be at the center of downtown. The space was clean and there were plenty sheets and towels for all.

Perfect location, quick uber rides and great options for food. The place lacked in beds, but it was wonderful!

My wife and I had an amazing weekend at the Congress Loft. It’s an immaculate, three-level piece of living-space-art that’s perfectly situated between the Capitol and SoCo scene. We highly recommend this experience to others!

I was worried when we pulled up because the bottom story of the building was boarded up, but once we were able to find and enter the building, everything was as advertised. The place was clean and nice! If you’re going with a group that will require more than one vehicle, expect to pay an extra $70 or so per vehicle for parking over a weekend. The location was great and within walking distance of mostly everything we wanted to do. Can’t wait to plan our next stay here!

I lived in Austin about 3 years ago and wanted to come back for my bachelor party. I wanted to stay somewhere fun downtown where we could all stay in one spot. When I came across this property I knew I had found it. It was so nice to have the games downstairs to play while people were getting ready and the location was perfect. We could walk every where we wanted to go and there was a great spot for brunch across the street. Plenty of space for all the guys to stay and having the porch was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and unique stay.

This is a really cool property!! Genevieve was there to quickly answer every question we had the whole weekend. It’s a great place to hang out with a group of people. IDEAL location! Things I wish I would’ve known before booking... every single noise carries throughout the ENTIRE house (if someone is breathing heavy on the bottom floor, you will hear it on the top floor). There’s only one parking space for the whole house. The kitchen is pretty, but not super functional if you’re trying to cook for a lot of people. Counter space is limited and there’s no pantry. I’d recommend no more than 6 adults staying in this house... while it says it sleeps more, the beds designed for 2 people are pretty small (minus the king upstairs). Overall, I’d recommend it, I just wish we’d known those things before arriving. :)

We were very happy with our accommodations and the loft was clean! Great spot to unwind after checking out Austin, and the pool table and shuffle board were an added bonus. Centrally located to everything and was very private for being in the heart of the city. Would go back if visiting Austin in the future.

It was a nice place with a great location. The bedroom situation could be better, there is really only one true bed. There are no en-suite bathrooms so although great for a guys trip, not a lot of privacy so some ladies might not go for it.

Pictures don’t do this place justice! We had the best time. Our kids thought that we were the coolest parents in town for getting such a neat place to stay. The balcony was great to sit and have coffee or wine in the evening. The kids loved playing with all of the games and open area downstairs. We will definitely be back!

We had a bit of trouble getting our food from the concierge service but the stay was lovely! Very nice to have for the week we were there.

I came to Austin for a guy’s trip and this loft was perfect. There were 8 of us, and more than enough room without us feeling cramped. The location couldn’t have been better, and the deck was a nice way to have a drink and people watch. Just be aware that there is only one normal bed. This wasn’t an issue for us, but I see how it could be. Would definitely recommend!

We have an annual golf outing and enjoyed our stay at the loft on Congress. Clean amenities, great location and easy access. Only downside was one parking spot, but we were aware of it as it was stated before we booked.

We really enjoyed our stay at the loft. The location was perfect for walking to the local bars/food places. It was also great for being able to hang out during those "in between" hours with our party of 8, playing pool and shuffleboard.

Very cool apartment. Lots of room to spread out. If you want quiet or privacy it’s not the best choice but lots of fun for a big group. Fantastic location and no road noise in spite of downtown location. I would definitely recommend this rental.
