Tanto la ubicación como el desayuno me parecieron bien.

El sistema de agua caliente de la ducha funcionó regular.

The receptionist day shift Samuel is nice and friendly. Good location , really closed to the beach.

About 9 p.m. one of my local friend and I went into my room to chat ( about 30 minutes). After he left, I immediately received a phone call from the receptionist and told me I need to pay extra guaraní 100,000 for entrance of my friend because I only booked 1 person. I think it’s unreasonable! First of all, the night shift receptionist saw us walked up to the floor and he didn’t say anything or advised to me if my friend goes into my room, I need to pay, even just for a chat for an half hour. But he called me immediately after my friend left. It made me feel like he did it on purpose. If I let my friend to sleep or stay overnight , I think I agree to pay extra fee. But I didn’t, we just talked for an half hour in the room. - Besides, the air conditioner is old , so after few hours it started to leak, like a river. I called the receptionist Samuel and he helped me to call the people to repair it. I appreciated it! However, it seems not the first time happening after I talked to mechanics . And there’s some weird smell in the bathroom.

Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado

No coincide el tipo de habitacionl que uno reserva con lo que al final te dan. Yo reserve una habitacion como la que se ve en las fotos, que tenia 2 camas grandes y una litera y al final me dieron una habitacion con una cama pequeña y una litera.. Encima le hechan la culpa a Booking , que al reservar con esta aplicacion ocurria esto. Que no esta actualizada que depende de la gerencia y no se que otro cuento mas. Por otra parte el estacionamiento es es muy pequeño esta lleno de pilares que hacen imposible estacionar sin ayuda, ademas cuentan con 5-6 lugares nomas y es por orden de llegada tuve que estacionar en la calle.

El baño filtraba agua a la habitación cada vez que utilizábamos la ducha.. no tenían toallas para baño de manera a no esparcir el agua en la habitación .. las toallas eran viejas.. realmente la relación calidad precio no se dio.. no tenía heladerita..

Sadly, the staff wasn’t very accommodating during my stay. Breakfast options were also limited and served in a very cramped room.
