This condo was great and the view was gorgeous! We had a bathroom lightbulb out that I asked to be replaced and they may have not gotten the message. Very clean and user-friendly!

This property was fantastic! We really enjoyed watching the whales from the lanai and of course the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was well appointed and the grounds were beautiful. We also appreciated the beach chairs, mat, boogie board, towels, and coolers. This was the perfect place for our trip!

Good location. Poor beach access if mildly physically challenged. Property is tired and in need of upgrades and physical maintenance. Bath need remodel badly. Floor needs a good mop. Hasnt been dusted in quite some time. Bed was comfortable.

It was the perfect place to stay while enjoying the North Shore. A perfect view, the winds blow through to keep it fresh, all amenities you need are there to make this a memorable stay.

What can I say that hasn't already been said except for location, location, location. What I mean by that is the view from the lanai! It is so beautiful; morning, noon, but especially at sunset! The problem we had was the age of the front door locks and the lack of information for guests arriving after dusk. We had a lot of difficulty finding the building in the dark, and the fact that the instructions for the front door (once found) were incomplete. When guest services were contacted (after many fruitless and frustrating attempts to gain entry), they were aware that we needed an additional code to gain entry. Just a lot of frustration to go through at the end of a long travel day! Once in, the place was beautiful!

The view is great. The condo is well appointed, but the inadequate AC is a non starter for us.

This unit offered so many amenities. Washer/dryer, A/C in the bedroom,dishwasher, 2 TV’s and beach gear just to name a few. We really appreciated the attention to detail. There was a nightlight in the bathroom, high quality toiletries, laundry detergent was provided, there was a local guidebook on the coffee table and a Sonos speaker in the living room. We felt very pampered and the view was to die for.

Location is perfect. Short drive to Hanalei and able to get away from the busy town. Beautiful view, prime location, didn’t even notice the lack of AC in the living room in August. Would absolutely recommend!

This well appointed rental allowed us to watch the sunset right from our own unit. We loved the location, the pizza and salads at Hideaway Pizza was a great close location for food. We had an issue with the screen, freezer and washing machine that was quickly addressed. The kitchen has everything you need to live like you do at home, including a coffee bean grinder, coolers, etc.

Wonderful location on the North Shore. Close to wonderful Hanieli Bay and Napali Coast. Condo as pictured. Wonderfully updated unit. Clean and well appointed. Small but perfect for my wife and I. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and cozy condo on the north shore.

This condo is lovely with a beautiful view. Perfect for two people. We thoroughly enjoyed this place for our two weeks in Kauai. There is a special kitty that adopted us during our stay. She is a stray, grey and white tabby........and so sweet. I fed her regularly and named her Waikiki. I tried to take her back to the states with me; however, Southwest doesn't allow Hawaii cats or dogs on their airline. Please be kind to her and show some compassion. It's only human. Thanks again!

The view is the best! Great sunsets and a nice morning coffee spot. Be aware that when the listing says A/C it is in the bedroom only…. Portable unit that only cools the bedroom…Pool area is nice and was not crowded at all when we used it.

Small but well appointed place that worked for our family of 4 with two school aged kids. There is a pull out couch and there are also two twin air mattresses in the closet. The view was simply breathtaking just like the pictures and worth going with a smaller place.

So beautiful! The beds were comfortable, the views were gorgeous, everything was perfect!!!

Great location, perfect size, awesome views

The view right out the front was epic. The large windows and sliding glass door were perfect. The private beach amazing. Easy check in and check out and parking. Pizza place and grocery store were super close and multiple other options only a few more minutes away. Will def return.

We loved the view and the close proximity to wonderful hikes, beaches, and local shops. The condo is well equipped and very nice.

So the view from the condo is spectacular. It is exactly what you want in a Hawaii Vacation. The condo is nicely updated, clean and well furnished. There is however one problem. The upstairs condo is going though renovation. So each morning we woke up to power saws and arguing workers. They also had a tendency to drop debris from their lenai onto our patio including nails and wood pieces. In the front they had dropped some glass. I would definitely stay here again but would make sure the work is completed before I did.

The unit itself is exactly as advertised. It’s nicely updated and the view is absolutely amazing. However, from the moment we walked into the unit, we were met with construction crews working above us. It started with tile being cut directly above us and continued each day we were there. When booking a rental with a view, the point is to ideally be able to enjoy it in peace. We also had an issue with our pool key not working and it took the management company 2 days to get it corrected.

We stayed a couple nights at #102 and enjoyed our stay! It was clean, comfortable and had great views of the north shore

We loved staying here and the views are amazing. This is a first floor unit and the ceiling is a bit thin for sound proofing, but it didn’t really bother us too much. Morning coffee and sunset cocktails are the best on the lanai!

Can't beat the views from this property. It is a bit far from beaches but I guess that is true with most north shore beaches. They do have access to a small secret beach, uphill hike is a mini- workout but not bad. Amazing sunsets
