Stayed here with my 4 adult children and we had the most incredible week. House is convenient to great places to see on north shore. Was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and towels. The view from balconies is beyond explanation. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Well appointed condo with stunning views. Walk to the beach. Kitchen well supplied. A few items broken and host jumped on it right away, great communication with host. Great location for the North Shore. Loved this place, can’t wait to return.

This villa is the best view on the island and made for an incredible week long stay. So many beach items are provided for all ages so you don’t have to haul it from home: beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, snorkel gear for adults and kids, beach towels and even a cooler. There’s even extra sleep mats if needed. We had some rainy days but just looking out the windows and being in the balmy breeze in the villa felt like a paradise. I hope to be back.

Close to Hanalei Beach and great for a family. Boogie boards, Chairs, Beach Umbrellas were available. Kitchen well stocked with basics. Clean and worked well for 5 of us.

Great place to stay. Excellent views and very comfortable set up. The only thing that was less than stellar was the lack of air conditioning, as it was very hot while we were there (upper 80s).

This property is a fabulous spot to enjoy the North Shore of Kuaui. The villa has beautiful views of the mountains and easy access to the beaches, Princeville, the lighthouse, and Hanalei Bay. The villa was clean and comfortable and perfectly spacious for our family of 5. We loved our stay here and plan to come back again soon as soon as possible!

The property had everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. It was stocked with all kinds of useful things in the kitchen, bathrooms and beach closet. We will definitely stay here again and will encourage all of our friends to stay as well. And the views did not disappoint. Amazing.

Upon arriving to this beautiful location with stunning views, the unit was gorgeous and we enjoyed the stay. We were disappointed to learn upon arrival there was no air conditioning unit, this was quite apparent because it was rather warm in Princeville. Our suggestion would be to include this in the description. We also were disappointed when we contacted the property manager with a question and we did not receive a response. Fortunately the question was not an urgent matter, we do suggest better contact information would be provide in case there is an urgent issue the tenant needs assistant with All in all it was an enjoyable trip and stay. The condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular.

Best location. We really enjoyed the house. The views from the balcony are outstanding. We pretty much ate all our meals outside on the balcony looking at the views and enjoying the breeze. The house comes with all you need for snorkling including masks and fins. We will definitely recommend this house.

We had a great time on our visit to Kauai. This villa was great. The views don’t even feel real and pictures just don’t do it justice. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels, and snorkel gear. Leave yours at home! The property managers were quick to respond throughout our entire process of booking and during our stay. The beds are comfy and the temps (even without AC) are perfect because of the constant Kauai breezes. This is the second time we’ve stayed in the villas and would never choose another location. Princeville is close to many great beaches, our favorites being Tunnels, Anini, and Kalihiwai. Hanalei Bay and town is a short drive away. Don’t think twice - stay here!!!

This vila has better view than picture. Property is very clean and very well stocked kitchen. The only drawback is the construction noise close by early in the morning around 7 am. Sometimes it was earlier. Other than that, beautiful stay.

Hotel beach is also nearby and is more approachable, but is shallow, would not recommend. We went to the Hideaways beach almost every day though. A great view of sunset is just a short walk away. Mountains are right outside the window. Balcony gets windy, but this also allows the wind to cool the house down. We never felt like we're overheating. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.
