Overall a great stay. We had 9 adults and all were comfortable. Fantastic beachfront patio.

This was a fun location. Love the New Smyrna area, we went for Daytona Jeep Beach but stayed in the New Smyrna area more than Daytona. Fun area for shopping, beach, restaurants, fishing, beautiful sun rises, and more. Had a blast renting electric bikes and exploring the area.

Enjoyed the morning sunrise over the ocean. Can't get any better !!!
House was nicely laid out and plenty of room for my family of 7. 4th bedroom off the master is a little odd - but worked fine for us. Issue with the dryer was resolved day before check out by the property manager (who also clarified we didn't need to try to wash all the towels and linens and she would help! Thank you !!)
It was different being on a beach that was drive on with vehicles - but it didn't really interrupt our view. Loved all the little shops on Flagler Ave

It was perfect we came for my daughters graduation. Our whole family made the trip including toddler and baby included The house was beautiful. It was perfect Excellent location. Spacious everything we needed. Walking distance to flagler ave. Definitely would come back.

As always Turtle Tracks and Natasja were awesome. The house was everything that we expected. Sunshine, ocean, beach walks and of course the Daytona 500. I highly recomend this home as a home away from home for any family vacation

This was a great spot for our group of 4 adults. Very quiet neighborhood. So close to shopping, restaurants, and brewery. Some within walking distance to Flagler Ave. We stayed here during he cold front that went thru during the holidays so the beach was pretty quiet. The beach is a drive on beach and no dogs are allowed. The house had everything that we needed. Loved just sitting and watching the waves from either inside or on the big patio! Saw a few dolphins swim by! Enjoyed our stay!

We had the best week and made the best memories at your house. The set up and location was perfect and we will definitely be back. Natasja, the house manager, was wonderful and super attentive to any questions we had. We even had a professional shoot on the dunes in front of the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

You won't want to leave
The house, ocean front patio and location are all awesome. This was our 3rd stay here and it seems to get better every year. Must do's for us every year, rent golf cart for the week, go to The Garlic a couple times, and lots of cornhole on the beach and back deck. Natasja is a great host, very responsive when questions arise but you won't have many issues

Amazing stay!
You can’t beat this location! There are stunning views and steps from the beach. Back patio is huge and a great space. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed. Lots of beach toys for the kiddos. We would definitely stay again!

House was very comfortable and well-equipped for our stay. Patio is amazing with a covered portion for getting out of the sun. We loved the views of the ocean from first and second floors. Location is great as it is a few minute walk to Flagler Avenue restaurant area. Property manager was very responsive to us and made the booking/check-in process easy.

We had a great stay here. We needed a place that was on 1 level and beachfront access. This worked out perfectly for us.

It was clean, well organized/ furnished, stocked up with lots of board games, a billion towels, and all the essential beach towels you could need. The property manager was really easy to get in contact with and very friendly. The outside patio area is huge (one of the biggest i saw) and the beach is one of the nicest beaches ive seen jn Florida- clean, the sand is so nice and thin, doesnt stick to you, and the water is shallow. If i could choose another house for next christmas i would choose this one again without a doubt!!!!

If you are reading this review, look no further, this is the PERFECT home. We stayed here with our family and it was absolutely amazing. The house was very clean, AMAZING location directly on the ocean, and it was stocked with anything and everything we needed. Tons of beach toys, everything you need to cook with, and the layout of the home is perfect for all hanging out together. We grilled outside, hung out, and had the best time. Host was responsive and wonderful. I highly highly highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Warm, inviting home. Plenty of beach & bath towels. I recommend renters check in before grocery shopping. There were seasonings cooking items along with coffees and filters. House is fully equipped with appliances too such as a keurig coffee machine , drip coffee machine too, air fryer, blender…blow dryers. Very comfortable house and comfy beds; incredible, inviting deck that overseas the ocean. We loved it.

Wow! What a gem of a property. Everything from the location to the amenities were fantastic. The best part is of course the beach access and the awesome view from the 2nd story balcony. Perfect for our family of 8 with 2 kids. We had a few minor issues and the response was immediate from the property management company. I would highly recommend this place and we hope to be back some day! Oh and a plus for being pet friendly - our black lab was in heaven all week long!
