Super located nearby a lot of interesting spots in North Holland, very high-quality flat and equipment and most importantly a super kind host.

Has everything you need! Cozy, clean, well equipped and the sauna is amazing. Everytime we looked for something it is in front of our eyes! The hostess is very friendly and attentive. The location is great, not far from the sea and many other nice places to visit.

The location was great, you have quick access to both the sea, the islands, the dunes, the countryside and shops. We really enjoyed have a personal sauna in the appartement. The kitchen is well equipped and you are able to cook what you want. The bed is equipped with 2 independent motorised mattresses. Nelleke is an extremely kind and welcoming person. I highly recommend visiting :)

We had a great weekend! Super clean and cozy room. The steam bath and the sauna were fantastic! We'll come back to Villa Mare for sure. Thanks.

A sleeping situation could be better. There were two separate small mattresses instead of king size one. One of us was constantly sleeping above the hole between two mattresses.

The villa was immaculately clean and felt brand new. It was tucked behind the main house and was very beautifully done. The entrance is made easy by the automated door operated with an app. The location was a good base to explore the nearby dunes and to walk around. The sauna was great and it was such a luxury to have it in the private bathroom. This was one of the main reasons we booked this property. It does take some time to properly heat up though. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond and had really lovely welcoming details.

We were unclear that there were 2 villas in the property and that the doors were right next to one another, but this wasn’t a big problem. We did, however, hear the neighbors at one point when we were in the kitchen. The kitchen was nice and fully equipped, but some of the items felt a bit lower quality and this made it a bit challenging when cooking (especially the knives). The villa could use a speaker system, as the TV doesn’t allow for Spotify or audio casting. We prefer to have one complete bed (not 2 split mattresses) as it’s uncomfortable to sleep with the divide in the middle.
