The location!!

3 of the showers did not drain properly.

the amount of space for a family of 10, the A/C in the bedrooms and the location. The children s bedroom was perfect with the bunk bed and all the toys. the apartment was steps from wonderful restaurants and shopping and the beautiful Piazza Navona.

no hand soap in any of the 5 bedrooms which we had to purchase ourselves and leave behind. There was also no laundry detergent and no dishwasher detergent.

Everything! • Location was excellent walk distance to everywhere. Farmer market, restaurants, ice cream place ( gelateria), pharmacy, shopping stores. Grab a bite place highly recomended : Corner Pizza. • Facilities: Excellent since we were a group family (10 between adults, teens and kids) everyone has very comfortable beds, room are very spacious in our apartment we had 4 bedrooms( 4 Queen beds/ 3 Twin size and sofa bed , but we didn’t use the sofa bed and 3 bathrooms (each with shower). Kitchen and eating area spacious too. We had washer in the apartment, it was very convenient. Each bedroom has Air Conditioning which was helpful to use on hot days after coming from long walk under very hot days since this year the heat wave caught us during our stay. -Building has lift in case you don’t want to go up by stairs. it works very good and it is small but for us was not a big deal since we like to walk and we were in a 3rd floor. it wasn’t that bad because stairs were wide not narrow type of stairs. Something to know it is the lift is not level at your floor for example you are in 3rd floor when the lift open for you to get out it will leave you in the next resting area then you go down stairs to your apartment so it is good because you go down and not up, not sure if make sense what I am trying to explain you but usually the lift will arrive to same level your unit is, not this one. it could be confusing for some people. Our host was very nice and helpful. if you need transportation to the airport do it through them, the hassle of getting a cab when you are a big family group is it complicated. Not sire if they offer same service to pick you up at the airport but if they do, take their service if you are a big group. She makes a reservation for us and the van were wonderful ( very spacious, AC and drivers were nice). We are sure that if we requested a pick up at the airport when we make our apartment reservation she will help us to sort it out.

No having few extra trash bags for the kitchen bings. We were able to solve it.

There was lots of room, a lovely balcony at the front, andmore bathrooms than we knew what to do with. We were 6 adults and 1 child but you could easily fit many more. Close to pretty piazzas with lots of good bars and restaurants.

Apartment was really spacious. Location is center of the attractions.

Taxi service from the airport was wonderful and would highly recommend it. Rooms, AC, appliances, all worked. Grocery shopping, restaurants all nearby. Main sites within walking distance; taxi stand across the street; coffee/bakery right downstairs. Any issues we had were immediately addressed by the Rome Accommodations team. Having the balcony is a definite bonus. Plenty of room, bedrooms, bathrooms. We were two couples and three individuals - each with their own bedrooms. We would rent again.

Would have liked to have coffee machine in the unit for that first cup of coffee! otherwise, trip downstairs to the bakery to get coffee/espressos solved the problem. Noise level at night can be great, especially on weekends, if you leave the window open. Bring earplugs, which we did..

Great location, lovely property and great value for money

The house is very spacious. It is near the food street market, the supermarket and the bakeries and restaurants. It is super central. The house was clean and the comunication with the host was perfect. The beds were confortable, the linen was very good and when we arrived the house had already some basic consumables as well as a Pandoro and champagne on the table. Super nice.

The street is super noisy, but i think it was the price of the super location. All the rest was very good.

Nathalie was fantastic. I was a bit embarrassed I had a mix up with accomodation number people in Rome vs Florence, due to error on my part ,she accommodated without a problem. I was so pleased. Sorry for the confusion Nathalie. The apartment was great location. Host great, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning, great. 1 shower a bit small as we were aware of before booking and 2 bathrooms , did not seem to bother our large group of 11. There is a lift worked great. Do not hesitate to rent this apartment. Taxi service right across street. Most places we walked other than train station.
