Parking lot was very tight to park vehicles getting in and out of the parking lot

• Five stars to the Gulf of Mexico. The water has never been clearer for me than the days that we played in the surf. • The unit is literally on the beach. An elevator ride down, a few steps through the building to the pool/pier area, and a short walk to the surf makes for a full day of playing at the beach. • The complex is in the center of stores and restaurants. But not walkable. • The unit is large enough for six people to truly enjoy. Eight people would be a stretch. • Text support for this unit is awesome. They are kind and responsive. The problem lies in the fact that absolutely nothing is done about the issues that you raise with the support team. No boots on the ground to execute solutions. More is the pity, because Vacasa has excellent response to any of your comments / problems. But be forewarned, nothing will be done about it.

• First off, know that the personnel at the gate won’t have any particulars of your stay, and will therefore dictate to you that you can park only one car in the parking lot. That isn’t true. You are given 2 car passes, but they are in the condo in a bowl in the kitchen. Ours were covered up with a grandson’s bag of snacks, before I reached the room. Again, no one communicated that we had parking passes. So, my husband’s truck was parked at a nearby grocery store our entire stay, despite the fact that there were no less than twenty open car spots each day/night. We followed the rules as you are warned that your car will be towed! • Once in the unit I was struck by the age. It is an older condo. When units are older, they should be very clean. This unit is not very clean. The floors had everyone’s socks and slippers quite dirty on the first day. • The kitchen seemed grimy. This is obviously not what the owner of this unit wants to hear, because they have gone to the trouble of giving the renter almost all possible kitchen accoutrements. It even has a Kitchen-Aid mixer! • The unit has three bedrooms. Each room had sandy sheets! That begs the question, were they not changed? And what about the coverlets? • The master bathroom floor had black hair on it. And grime in the corners. • If I owned this unit, I would order a steam cleaning for the floors and the upholstered furniture. They need freshening / cleaning. • I felt as if I was staying at Nana’s condo. Nana isn’t a fastidious housekeeper. But she doesn’t charge the rates that were charged for this unit. • Towels are a challenge. Don’t expect fresh towels once you use the initial allotment, you will find places to hang them to dry. We stayed four days and nights and used the same towels. • For a measly $10 in supplies, this unit could supply the renter with replacement kitchen trash bags and dishwashing liquid. We also ran short on toilet paper. Just be prepared when you rent that you will need supplies.

The unit was like the pictures showed. It was quiet,relaxing and not over run with people. Loved the option of the pier and the beach both.

Really the only dislikes were there wasn’t an ice machine to fill coolers or vending machines if you wanted a snack that you didn’t have.

Perfect location in Orange Beach. Parking at the door. Small, safe and secure.

I like everything about the property

The pier was a great addition, saw a lot of marine life! The condo was very spacious and comfortable! Great location and felt safe as well!

Gym wasn’t available, which is fine but would’ve been nice to have! And just some wear and tear with pool and a few just older features in condo.

Loved the private pier. So beautiful and fun to see the sharks and stingrays. The condo was clean, comfortable. Really enjoyed the balcony and patio doors from 3 rooms. The bar, ice maker so convenient. Will be back for sure.

Tight parking for bigger vehicles. Only 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods so had to handwash dishes by end of our 5 days. Also had to buy more paper towels...only 1 roll.
