Loved the pool and that they had a bathroom available poolside. Also, the beach access was nice.

I wouldn’t say that there was anything that I disliked but felt the condo could use a fresh paint job and the closet doors didn’t stay in the track when opening and closing. A few upgrades and it would be amazing.

I like that it's near the beach, restaurants and shops.

Old stained furniture. Old wood cabinets. Old refrigerator. Uncomfortable bed. Cold and unable to turn up the heat. No way of talking to onsite staff to retrieve parking pass (on weekends only). Unit directions were not clear so I had to call customerservice and she had to use a map of the property to guide me. Toilet makes noise all night long. Smelled like rotten eggs in the kitchen. Old patio furniture. Porch light didn't work. Broken/missing blinds. Unit near elevator so I heard people talking and using the elevator constantly. Thin walls. Neighbors above stomping. They will not allow you to extend an hour for late check out.

Location

The room wasn't what was expected. The blinds to patio wasn't good. There was a few that was broken. There was roaches seen in kitchen. The dishwasher was broke. And most disappointing was the light from outside the door shines through the blinds in bedroom. Black out blinds would have made a difference. The bathroom toilet and tub wasn't really sanitized and needs to be updated. The bed wasn't comfortable and mattress needs to be replaced.

the property hoa requires a parking pass witch has to be paid in cash. If you arrive after five the office is closed and I was told to park at my own risk.

Clean rooms! Would love to stay again in the summer.

Convenient location. Updated shower.

Dead bug on the floor when we arrived, another on our last day there. Bed was very hard. Deck furniture rusted out.

The pull out couch did not pull out all the way so the sleeping arrangement was difficult. My main disappointment for the money. Was not comfortable any of the 3 nights

The sofa needs cleaning, the dishwasher didn't work, minor repairs needed, veritcle blinds to the balcony have strips missing, eliminating privacy
