No breakfast. Location was wonderful

HOA allowed men to enter our room without letting us know to do routine maintenance. Not acceptable!! Dryer is terrible. Have to run it at least 3 times to dry small amount of clothes.

The location of the condo was great.

Second bathroom has a dangerous step up into the shower. Hand rail on wall was not secure and fell off with no pressure at all. The coffee pot in the condo kitchen did not work....we had to go to Walmart and buy one! The master bath sink woul not drain....the stopper would not stay up to let it drain so we put a spoon in to hold it up. And....there was NO water pressure in the sink! Also, towels, hand towels and the wash cloths need to be replaced. They are really showing their age.....very dingy and dirty looking!

Interior was run down needed repair. It’s wasn’t cleaned well we found used contacts etc.needed a general face lift

The condo was beautiful! It was very clean when we arrived. The beach view was amazing.

There was only 1 working elevator the first day of our stay. It was a little scary to ride them. They were noisy and bounced quite a bit when arriving at your floor.

communication was atrocious in fact non existing, although having issues and reaching out not a single response. Very disappointing and might I add, I’m not one to complain over trivial issues. And please don’t respond with ‘sorry to hear that’

Location was great. Beach was good. View was great!

Toilet seat was broken in master bath and took two days to get fixed. Elevators were dated and only one worked from early Monday through Friday. Condo second bath was beginning to look dated.

The view was very good. The location was good restaurants and stores was very close.

kitchen has not enough kitchen utensils, no salt, no sugar, no pepper, nothing really any kind of dry condiment. this is one place you definitely need to bring everything you will need for your stay.

The view was breathtaking and the beach was gorgeous!

The bathrooms could have been cleaned better before our arrival.

The condo itself is great! very comfortable but the outside of the condo was so humid that it was difficult to keep the floor in the condo clean.

the humidity which resulted in water on the floors, elevators and walls. I understand that you can’t control the humidity but we’ve stayed at a lot of condos in this area and have never had this problem.

Everything - the location on the beach as well as the location of the unit (on the corner) was exceptional. We loved that the balcony wrapped around the unit with access from the kitchen, living area and the second bedroom and that the master had a separate balcony. We also loved that you could stand in the living area and see the beautiful beach view. The fact that the wallpaper was peeling was an after thought because we were too busy enjoying the view and balcony.

There was some peeling wallpaper and the towel rack fell apart when we removed a towel for use

Location was excellent

Bathroom fixtures were falling apart. Wallpaper coming off wall, needs updates. The air went out and had to be fixed, was misrible 12 hrs with no air
