Lovely place. Great location

Such a beautiful cozy condo with lots of thought put into all of the extra touches. It does have stairs so keep that in mind if you have problems with stairs. Access and parking were convenient and easy. Building does have an elevator as this condo is located on the third floor. Close walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is beautifully appointed and fit our needs well. The location is ideal in downtown Durango. We walked to majority of restaurants and shops. Very short drive to Fort Lewis College where our daughter was starting school. Great base for hiking, trip to Mesa Verde, scenic drives and Durango Hotsprings. The main downside was the bar across the street which played very loud music on Friday and Saturday nights. Obviously this is out of the property owners control. Fortunately, the provided sound machine really helped. The mattress really could use an upgrade - very soft and uncomfortable to me (although I have back issues and it didn’t bother my husband as much).

The condo was clean and very homey. We were able to get to different places in Durango without a problem like the Hot Springs and the Bar D Wranglers. We love to see the train come and go each day. We do have a couple of issues though. One is that the condo is located next to a bar which plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also the king bed is not comfortable because you cave in on the mattress.

Beautiful well appointed 2 story condo in historic building located in the heart of old town, within walking distance of shops & restaurants. Easy access to highway for excursions.

Beautiful condo, well appointed. Perfect location. Not sure where the manager of the property is located. The kitchen light was not functional and we were unable to connect with anyone who could remedy the situation. Overall a nice stay though.

This apartment was truly lovely and in a great downtown location. Unfortunately for us it was Halloween weekend, which meant the bar across the street was booming until 2 am each night. The white noise machine in the br definitely helped. Regardless of the noise, we enjoyed our visit and the place very much!

Nice location can walk to downtown - little noisy at times. Bathrooms were a little tight - but shower was great. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our time at this place. The unit was perfect for the two of us. It is beautifully appointed and was immaculately clean when we arrived. We loved being smack dab in the middle of historic down Durango. We couldn’t have found a better place!

Very nice and comfortable with everything you need. Just be aware that there is a tavern directly across the street and the band was loud and played late, and people park and talk right outside your window. If you're a light sleeper, this isn't great. If you are a heavy sleeper, no problem.

This is one of the cleanest properties I have ever encountered. I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Everything we needed was impeccably provided. Perfect location for enjoying Durango’s restaurants and bars.

We enjoyed the stay. It was cozy clean and great location. We will recommend this place again.

Although we had a parking spot we could walk to restaurants and shops. We were close to the train station and Jeep tours. The historic townhouse was beautiful and updated. We loved being able to look out the large old windows at the mountains.

Walking distance to everything. Bright and cozy suite - will definitely return!

If you want to enjoy downtown Durango this location is the best. Durango has great restaurants, activities and people.

My husband and I stayed there two nights. It was close to several bars, restaurants, and shops. It was next to a train which was cool to see go by from outside the window of the studio. It was close to a park, and a trail that was within walking distance. It had a full kitchen which was perfect for our anniversary. And it was just great. It was cozy, and felt like home.

Location of this property is outstanding! It is right in the middle of downtown. It was only about a 30 minute ride to the Purgatory resort in one direction and another 30 minutes in the other direction to an outstanding steakhouse on the Ute reservation. It made it very easy to get around to stores and restaurants in town. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our weeklong stay. The only challenge we had was getting in touch with the property management group. I called them and stayed on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. Then I emailed them to discuss some questions and never heard back. Had to figure it out on my own. Outside of that I would definitely stay here again.
