Clean, fresh and updated. Easy access to all points of attraction. Ideal amenities. Responsive communications if needed. Our stay was very comfortable.

My family and I had a great week at this home. The hosts were excellent with communication over questions and concerns. Please note that the stairs up to the bedrooms are fairly steep; it wouldn't be ideal for anyone with mobility concerns. That said, it was a terrific stay!

Our group had a great time at the house. There is a new additional bathroom and plenty of chairs/umbrellas etc to use in the shed for the beach. There was also 2 bikes to use which was great. The house is near a beach while also being walkable to asbury and great restaurants. Would just be aware of steep stairs if you have large bags or small children/older relatives. Would definitely recommend!

We booked 2 stays here and it was perfect for us and our dog. Side and front porch were our favorite quiet sitting/reading spots. Living areas were comfortable with everything we needed. Bonus items like bikes, beach equipment and bbq were appreciated. A downstairs bathroom had been newly added. We are expecting some family members for day visits and will make use of the assortment of games. Neighbors were friendly but respectful of privacy. This unique town and quaint houses are abloom with flowers and greenery, so walking is a pleasure.

This home was great the the responsiveness of the owner was fantastic! We had two families; 4 adults and 3 kids, and it was plenty of space. The front porch was great to sit on and relax, there was a nice size dining room table that we could all sit and have breakfast and dinner at. It was a great location just a few blocks from the beach and dining options within walking distance. We would definitely go back again!

We loved that we could bring our dog and she enjoyed the porch area. Off season was perfect, and this area was very quiet but downtown strip was a short walk to restaurants. The home was clean and pictures show you what to expect. The stairs inside are a bit steep, but manageable (I understand you need to expect that with an older home). We love Ocean Grove and had a great mid-week getaway with our pup, Blossom.

We had a wonderful week stay in Ocean Grove. The house was extremely clean and the description of it on VRBO was very accurate. You are only a short walk to the beach (7 minutes) and to downtown Asbury Park (less than 10 minutes). Arianne was responsive, communicative and helpful with any questions or issues that we had during our stay. Two things people should be aware of before renting are the steepiness of the steps to the second floor and the lack of AC in the living room (there is unit in the dining room). Neither, was a problem for us but something to know in case it is a problem. Overall, we very much enjoyed our summer vacation in this lovely home.
