Nos encantó la comodidad de la habitación y la ubicación del hotel. Los desayunos fueron magníficos y el personal muy amable.

El portal por el que se accedía a la habitación estaba un poco descuidado.

Staff is very kind, suggested a lot of things for us. Rooms were clean and valuable for the money, location is perfect. Breakfast is very basic but tasty. Also gluten free option for bread is available and soy milk for lactose intolerant people. Big plus! Hotel was also kind enough to put a birthday card with my message to my husband upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks :)

Nog nooit zo iets meegemaakt! Alleen maar miserie en zeer onvriendelijk behandeld. We werden voorgelogen over het aantal kamers: initieel wilden we boeken bij hotel Cortese suite. We bellen het hotel om zeker te zijn dat er 2 kamers zijn omdat wij maar eentje zagen op boeking. We krijgen bevestiging en boeken gelijktijdig, blijkt er maar 1 te zijn. We bellen terug en mevrouw aan de telefoon zegt dat ze dacht dat het om hotel Cortese ging. Het tweede hotel van dezelfde eigenaar op 5 min afstand. Hier werd tijdens ons eerst gesprek niets over gezegd. Goed, we boeken dan maar bij het ander hotel een tweede kamer omdat we geen andere optie hebben. Volgens de boeking was ontbijt en alle belastingen inbegrepen in de prijs, mevrouw stuurt ONDERWEG naar het hotel een link door om te vragen of we nu al willen betalen voor ontbijt en belastingen. Ik laat haar weten dat we dit bij aankomst willen doen. De privé parking (grootste reden om voor dit hotel te kiezen) was volgens de info op booking 30 euro extra. Onderweg naar het hotel liet ze ons weten dat het plots 35 euro was. Daar aangekomen werd het 45 euro. De parking is ergens midden in de stad een klein winkeltje met ongure types. Dit heeft niets met het hotel te maken. Je moet je sleutels en auto achterlaten. Zij nemen je auto mee naar een andere onbekende locatie!! Wij vroegen of wij zelf de auto mogen parkeren omdat het een huurauto is en volgens het contract niemand anders hiermee mag rijden maar dit was absoluut niet mogelijk. Keep in mind: de parking is geen service van het hotel! We zijn ergens naar een bepaald adres doorverwezen voor de parking. We moeten vanaf dit adres nog een eindje door de onveilige straten van Napels wandelen met onze koffers in het donker.

Bel B&B a due passi dall'entrata della metro, con camere nuove ristrutturate da poco quindi bagno nuovo, condizionatore letto frigo bar ecc. Il personale gentile e cordiale. La colazione al 4 piano che da su un terrazzo con una bella vista sul porto e il mare.

La colazione si fa in una stanzetta troppo piccola per i miei gusti (è vero che c'è anche il terrazzo ma nel caso di pioggia come è successo a me la stanza risulta stretta e con pochi posti ed è capitato che alcune persone hanno dovuto aspettare che si liberassero i posti) in più c'è poca scelta mi aspettavo più cose, anche se quelle che puoi scegliere sono di qualità.

Choices of toast pancakes waffles etc for breakfast

Location was good for exploring the centre of the city by foot. Staff were friendly, place was relatively clean. The terrace for breakfast was pretty cool and the breakfast was Italian breakfast.

We stayed for 7 nights and were supposed to get fresh towels and bed sheets every 3 nights but we only got clean sheets changed once.

Très bien situé dans une petite rue calme. Chambre agréable et propre. Super petit déjeuner avec choix.

Communication from the hotel even before arrival was good. The accommodation was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with a great view of the church and harbour.. Rooms are well equipped with a hair drier, air con, a safe (free to use) and a well stocked and reasonably priced mini fridge, tea & coffee facilities although you might want to take your own tea bags if you like a good cuppa. Towels are supplied and replaced every 2 days or when requested. Soap, shampoo and shower gel are provided. Its a 30 second walk to the nearest metro station and 10-15 minutes away from a bus service that takes you straight to/ from the airport (€5)..

We stayed 3 nights and were woken in the middle of the night by party goers outside every night. Our room looked out on to one of the few pedestrianised areas so there was a tendency for People to congratulate there..

The staff was very kind and helpful. Very nice terrace where you can serve a very good croissant for breakfast.

Wouldn't hurt to have more options for breakfast.

Ideal location for walking to all bars/restaurants and attractions. Very close to the port for transfer to any of the local Islands and 1 minute walk from metro line. Breakfast was very nice, well organised and lots of food! And the breakfast staff were really lovely as were the reception staff. Communication with reception via WhatsApp before check-in and during the stay was fantastic.

Super friendly staff. Location excellent. Breakfast was fantastic, the best croissants and view of the harbour. Room was easy to cool in the heatwave so we had a good sleep.

All was good.
