It has awesome beach access and had enough beds for my friends and I.

I loved everything about the property! The staff were very nice and respectful.

Location was excellent. The apartment had a balcony and offered amazing views of the beach and the ocean. It was very well noise isolated - we didn't hear anyone from other apartments. The apartment building is only 3 levels. This means fewer people on the beach. The apartment offered plenty of towels, plates, and coffee mugs. The bedroom had three chests of drawers with lots of storage. We stayed in 305B.

WiFi was very slow and next to non existent. We ended up using our phones' data plans. The faucet drain stopper in the bathroom sink was broken - it would not stay in the raised position. The light in the tub was broken as well. There was no fan in the bathroom, at least we didn't see a switch to turn it on/off. The kitchen appliances were not cleaned well. When we started using the stove, we realized something had fallen underneath of the stove burner eye and began to burn. This set the smoke detector off that we couldn't turn off for a long time. This was very annoying. Kitchenware was not clean as well. We had to rewash all spoons, forks, knives, plates, pots, etc. The apartment had a very few spoons and forks. It is advertised that the apartment has a coffee grinder; it did not. The website pictures of the apartment show that the kitchen appears to be equipped with a coffee machine that looks like Keurig. It did not. One of the chests in the bedroom had a couple of broken drawers that could not be used. The bedroom window blinds did not prevent the sun from coming through. It would be so bright in the bedroom at about 6 am that we could not sleep. It would be nice to have a blackout curtain for this window instead of the blinds.

shower head not working well

Paid a serious cleaning fee. Place was filthy. Sink in bathroom was clogged and had standing water in it. Fridge was gross. Kitchen sink baking up. Really.
