Fantastic hotel, very clean. Near the airport but in a nice local neighborhood. Good option to be near the airport (far from city center). Nice local restaurants nearby. Amazing breakfast. The hotel has a parking but we parked on the street easily, just behind the hotel.

It was a nice open-buffet-style breakfast. There were many sorts of food you can choose among.

There were issues with public WiFi but the staff was helpful to resolve it quickly.

Extenso Hotel was a great experience for all of us. It was very close to the airport and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed every moment we were at the hotel. Also, they were able to connect us with a taxi service and an airport shuttle. They were great and comfortable. You can enjoy to stay here in Extenso.

A/C didnt work, we couldn't sleep well all night and when i asked for a solution there was none. When complaint was made again in the morning it was shrugged off and laughed at. The manager then heard my complaint but offered no compensation. The hotel is next to a very busy highway and the windows didnt close well enough to keep the noise out. So on top of being hot we were also waken up at 6am to the sound of traffic. Again, no solution offered by staff, no replacement room on the back of the hotel available. WiFi didnt work

Proximity to the airport was great! It was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Shower was fantastic, great water pressure.

Sheets were uncomfortable and blanket did not cover the bed. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Towels were also bad quality and not comfortable. Staff could’ve been nicer.
